Selene and her mates

Selene has always been drawn to the woods that are just outside her backyard. But her father has always told her to never enter them, because of what is out there. At a young age he father found her in the woods once and he scolded her and made her fear the woods. Mark, selenes father knows the dangers that lie in the woods as he himself is a werewolf. But he keeps himself and his daughter secret because he holds a very important secret. Selene asks her father " dad, why are you keeping me from traveling with you?" Mark tells her " Selene you know why, you have to stay her and keep the house in order with Maria" Selene says "Dad, let me go with you, please?" Mark tells her "next time Mike and I go travel you can go with us. But this time I'm traveling alone so you can not go with me." Selene storms of to her room and just thinks in her head. Why won't dad ever let me leave? I've been homeschooled by Maria my whole life with Mike always watching me. Which Mike creeps me out he's always staring at me and watching me with a weird smile on his face. I've never told dad but I'm worried about Mike. But dad left and now I'm alone with him and Maria. Maria comes up to my room to tell me dinner is ready. I go downstairs to the table. Mike says" hey beautiful glad you could join us. I've missed your face." I cringe at his words. "hello Mike, hello Maria, so Maria can we go shopping tomorrow? I'm ready to get out of the house and see other people." Maria says"Of course we can go to the mall and supermarket tomorrow right Mike? We need a few things and selene can get out of the house." Mike tells them "Yes we can go but you are not to leave my sight Selene no running off like last time!" Selene "I promise to behave. Dad grounded me after last time so I won't do it again. Eventually I will move out and be allowed to go wherever I want whenever I want." Mike laughed at her words and Maria remained quiet. What were their problems thought Selene. I will be moving out in 3 months on my birthday but they didn't need to know that, as I was planning to run away. The next day they were getting ready to leave for the mall when Mike comes up behind Selene. He whispers in her ear "Eventually you will be mine. I was promised you and I get what I want. I've waited 17 years for you." Selene turns around "Mike I will never be yours, your to old and creepy." Mike smacks Selene across the face. She gasps in pain holding her cheek. He tells her "were not going anywhere! your staying in your room." He slams the door shut. Selene lasts on her bed crying, holding her cheek. She knows she can't tell her father as he told Mike he could hit her. But she was tired of this happening. Mike never does it when dad is home. Dad will be back early tomorrow morning and I will tell him. Hopefully he will take me with him next time he leaves.
