Ananya's POV~
I took him in my lap and kissed his cheeks.
"Baby...Did you sleep well?", I asked.
"Yesshnm..", he said.
Yes..He started to speak and his English is so good to hear...I smiled at him I took him in my lap and kissed his cheeks.
"Baby...Did you sleep well?", I asked.
"Yesshnm..", he said.

"Why is he the only one who is getting all kisses?", I heard a familiar voice. I saw Austin coming towards us.
He sat beside me. He took Ayu in his arms.
"I want kisses too", he pouted. I was red at his sentence. I immediately looked away.
"Anu..", he said while making me look at him. I looked at him. He is staring me so intensely that my heart was beating fastly.
He immediately jerked me towards him. I gasped at his sudden action. I was so close to him. Our faces are only few inches apart. I placed my hands on his chest.
He came towards me. He placed his lips on my cheek. I closed my eyes feeling the excitement.
After few seconds, I opened my eyes to see him looking at me with unknown emotion. We both came out of our world, when we both felt Ayu hands on both of our cheeks.
We both smiled and was about place a kiss on his cheek. Our eyes widened when this little guy moved away from us, we placed our lips on each other. We both break apart from each other.
"You little guy", I said while catch him. He giggled and wrapped his arms on my neck.
Austin smiled and hugged both of us.
"You guys became more important to me now..I'll protect you both with my life", he said while kissing on my forehead.
"Shall we have dinner? I am hungry", he said.
"Yep..Let's go..I will make something", I said.
"You don't need to do...I already asked them to prepare Chinese today for us. I have already asked them to prepare Ayu's food as well", he said. I smiled at his gesture.
"Ayu..Let's go", I said while carrying him on hip. Austin smiled at me.
"What happened? Why are you smiling at me?", I asked while going out of the room.
"No..Just you looked cute", he said. I cleared my throat.
We both went downstairs and went to the dining room.
The dishes are placed on the table.
"Can we eat after Ayu's dinner?", I asked.
"As you want, my lady", he said. I laughed at his statement.
I made Ayu eat his dinner. When I feed Ayu, the only thing he is doing is to stare at me.
"Why are you staring at me?", I asked.
"Thinking..How wrong I was? Why didn't I listen to you?", he said. I was silent at his words.
After Ayu's dinner, I asked a maid to take Ayu in my room.
"Austin..Why are you thinking like this?", I asked.
"I can't help but think.... I made your life horri..", I cut him off by placing my hand on his mouth. I shook my head with tears filled eyes.
"Don't....Don't dwell on past, Austin.. ", I said. I saw Austin eyes are red. He was stopping himself.
I hugged him tightly. He wrapped his arms around me tightly too. After few minutes, we both broke apart.
"Austin..Let's only focus on our present and future..", I said. He nodded. He gently wiped my tears on my cheek. I smiled.
"Come on..Let's eat...I'm hungry", I said.
We both had dinner. Afterwards, we both went to my room. I saw the maid is playing with Ayu.
"Thank you!", I said. The maid smiled and left.
"Ayu beta..Sleeping time..", I said.
"No...Sleweevp tvdjdkp", Ayu said. Austin looked confused by his gibberish.
"What? No Sleep time..", I said.
"You understood him", Austin asked being dumbfounded.
"Yeah..", I said.
"No...You should sleep..", I said while making Ayu sleep. We both lay beside Ayu. He took my hand in his hand. His warm hand felt so comforting and assuring for me.
"I think tomorrow, Ethan will be coming with his girlfriend ", Austin said.
"Yep...I'm really excited to meet her..", I said while smiling.
Ayu just giggled seeing both of us. He just placing his hands on us.
"Ayu...Sleep now..It's way past your bed time..", I said sternly. He looked at me with his puppy eyes. Austin looked amused.
I sat on the bed. I took him in my lap. He looked at me with his doe eyes.
"Your puppy eyes won't make any difference, mister", I said smiling. He giggled while placing his hands on my cheeks. He just expresses affection like that. Austin too sat beside me.
I made him sleep on lap. I patted him continuously.
"Do you think..", Austin was about to say something but cut him off by gesturing him to be silent. Slowly Ayu stared getting drowsy. Soon he slept. I carefully placed him on the bed.
"Wow!!", Austin whispered.
"How did he sleep?", Austin whispered again.
"He is tired.. As he missed us afternoon..He just want us to be there", I said whispering.
"Come on..You too sleep..", I said.
"Okay", he said. We both lay beside Ayu.
Soon we both slept and fall into our dreamland.

I opened my eyes when a bright sun ray fell on my face.
I opened my eyes slowly. I saw Ayu is still sleeping. I saw Austin is not on bed.
I placed a small kiss on my Ayu's cheek. I went to the bathroom to freshen up myself. I have tied my hair into a bun. I brushed my teeth when I heard Ayu's voice. I immediately completed my brushing.
I saw a note sticker on the mirror.
"Something important came up.I need to go to office.

"AK? Oh? Austin Knight", I said and smiled at his note.
"Hmm...mm", I heard a voice of Ayu.
"Oh baby...You woke up..", I said while taking him in my arms.
He just wrapped his arms around me and snuggled to my neck. I smiled at him being grumpy. I patted his back.
"Baby...Can we freshen up now?", I said. He nodded.
"Let me bathe you..", I said in a babyish tone. He giggled.
"Du.ggsh...Duckiendn", he said.
"Yeah...yeah..Of course..I will give your duckies.. ", I said while smiling. He giggled.
After making him bathe, I made him dressed. I asked a maid to look after him so that I can freshen up. After I freshened up, I took Ayu with me.
After having breakfast, we both played in the toy room. Honestly, I feel so bored sometimes. Then I started this new hobby. I write poems, quotes and post it in social media. Although I made a separate account for it. I only post the quotes, nature and not post my images other than that.
"What are you doing?", I flinched at the voice.
I immediately looked at the source of the voice. I sighed in relief when I saw Austin.
"You scared me..", I said while keeping my hand on my heart.
"Anu...Are you okay? Sorry", he said guiltily.
"So..What are you doing?", he asked while sitting beside me.
"Nothing...Just surfing the internet", I said.
"Okay", he said.
Ayu is playing with his toys. He giggled when he saw his father. He came towards him while trying to stand.
I helped him to stand.
"Ayu..Come on..Go to Dada", I said in babyish voice.
I supported him by my hand. He hold my two fingers tightly and took his first step. Austin was excited see this. I smiled seeing him.
Although his steps were hurried. He immediately went and collapse in Austin arms.
"Oh my baby", Austin exclaimed and kissed him.
"So...Had lunch?", he asked.
"Nope", I said.
"Come..let's go", he said.
After eating lunch,I felt little tired. I have given the list of items fo be prepared for dinenr tonight to the head maid.
Austin went to the study to look into something. Now-a-days, Ayu is becoming too naughty.
After Ayu slept, I laid down with him. I closed my eyes.
"Are you tired?", Austin asked while caressing me hair. I saw Austin sitting on the bed.
"No..I am fine", I said while getting up and leaning to the headboard.
"Are you sure?", he asked.
"Yes.." I said.
Then he just don't talk and stare at me. I just looked away.
"Why are you staring at me?", I asked in a low voice.
"I was thinking, in such young age, how you managed to be a doctor? and now how you manged to be a mother?", he said while caressing my cheek.
"You are great", he said while looking at me. I just smiled at his words.
"How about we hire a baby sitter?", he asked.
"No", I said immediately.
"Why? Ayu is being being little handful these days..", he said.
"No...I want to enjoy every phase of my Ayu's childhood", I said.
"But...", he was about to say something but I cut him off by saying "No Austin...I won't compromise in this matter", I said with determination.
"Okay", he said while lifting his hands up.
"Thanks", I smiled at his action.
"I am sorry...I can't help you with anything", he said.
"No..You are helping me enough", I said.
"Austin...If you don't mind..Can I ask you something?", I said nervously.
"You can ask me anything, Anu?", he said while taking my hand in his.
"Where are your parents?", I asked. Although he didn't looked quite happy with the question, he didn't said anything.
"They are no more", he said while taking a deep breath.
"Oh God!! I am sorry..", I said while being guilty.
"It's okay Anu", he said.
"When they..?", I asked being hesitated.
"When I was around 7 years old and Ethan is 10 years old", he said. I nodded.
"Your parents...Why..", I was about to ask a question but he stopped me by saying.
"I will tell you when the right time comes", he said. I just nodded.
I just don't know what to speak. I was silent because how they even managed to take care of themselves at small age.
"We are going to India in next week as there is an important meeting lined up", he said.
"Yep...It's okay", I said.
"Sorry...I couldn't take you there faster than these", he said.
"No...no..It's absolutely fine..", I said.
"Take rest for sometime..I will look after Austin ", he said. I was about to say something but he glared.
I just nodded. He placed a kiss on my forehead.
