Chapter 9: It's 'Us' now

Ananya's POV~
I felt the warm rays on my face. I slightly opened my eyes to see that Austin and Ayu are still sleeping. I saw the time and it's quite early. I placed a pillow on my side of Ayu. I tied my hair in a bun.
I started freshening up myself. When I came outside of the washroom, I saw Austin is not there. He kept a pillow on this side too. I smiled seeing it.
I can't even wear the nupital chain now. I applied the vermilion in light shade in my hairline so that he can't notice it.
I went downstairs and was about to enter kitchen. The head maid stopped me saying that, Austin has literally warned them not to allow me to enter the kitchen. I sighed hearing that.
I want to talk to him. I want to prepare breakfast for them. Why is he behaving like this?
I decided that, I will make him agree to atleast cook what I like.
I went to inside his room.
"Ah!! I'm sorry", I shrieked when I saw him only in towel. My eyes widened seeing his wet hair and body. I just stood still.
"Enjoying the view?", he smirked at me.
I came from my thinking section. I immediately turn around.
"I'm sorry....I will come later...", I said hurriedly and closed the door.
I went to my room. I stand near the door. I placed my hand on my heart. My heart was beating fast. My face was red and I blushed. I slapped my forehead again when I started to think again what I saw few minutes go.
Although I saw many naked people because of my profession but he affect me so much. I shake my head vigorously to get rid of these images.
"What are you thinking?", I heard a husky voice from behind. I flinched and turn around.
"A..A.Austin..", I said while looking at him.
"What are you thinking?", he asked.
"Are you thinking anything dirty?", he asked.
"Huh? I'm not ..like you...", I said confidently.
"Oh...I see", he said while coming towards me. When he took a step towards me. I took a step backwards.
"What are you upto? Stay away..", I said with a panick voice.
"Why? Am I making you nervous?", he asked.
"You wish", I said while moving away from him. He smiled at me and moved away from me as well.
"Why are you looking for me?", he asked.
Then I realized that I forgot the purpose why I wanted to talk to him.
"Austin please...Allow me to kitch..", I was cut off by his hand.
"No...not that", Austin said and turned around to leave.
"Please Austin...I like to cook...Please...I feel bored in this big house..", I said while grabbing his hand. He turned and looked at me.
"Please...I like to cook for Ayu...and you..", I mumbled the 'you' in a voice so that he can't hear me. He sighed hearing me.
"Okay...you can...But don't stress yourself..", Austin said. My eyes widened when he accepted my request.
"Thank you Austin....Thank you!!", I chirped in happiness and hugged him.
I was in shock when I realized what I was doing. I was about to move away then he returned the hug by wrapping his arms around my waist. I stood still in my embrace.
After few minutes, I cleared my throat and broke the hug. He just scratched the back of the head.
"I...I..Have...some work", he said and went out of my room.
I was really shocked seeing Austin. I smiled how he hugged me for the first time. I blushed and my heart filled with a small hope that our relationship is going to work for sure.
I went downstairs and went inside the kitchen.
"Mrs.Knight....", the head maid sighed.
I kept my hands on her shoulders and smiled.
"Don't worry....I got permission from your boss", I smiled and started preparing the breakfast.
After preparing the breakfast, I saw the time. Ayu will be waking up now.
I asked the maids to keep the breakfast on table. They nodded smiling at me. I return the smile. I went upstairs to see Ayu.
I went towards and sat beside him. I caressed his head. I saw him he woke up and snuggled to me. I took in my arms. He wrapped his arms around my neck. I patted his back.
"Baby...", I said.
"Let's freshen up so that you can eat breakfast...", I said and he giggled at me.
"Oh..Oh..", I said while placing him on the bed. I started tickling him and he started giggling. I started giggling with me.
"Let's go baby...Let's bath...", I said to him in babyish voice.
I got up first. I tied my hair in a bun. I took him in my arms and hold him on my left hip. I started filling the bath tub with water. I checked the water temperature. I placed him on the bathroom counter and started removing his clothes. He started speaking something but I didn't get anything.
"Ayu...say Dada...", I said while placing him in the bath tub.
"D..", he tried to speak.
"Dada", I said again.
"Dagdhdkkd", he tried to speak but I laughed seeing his attempt.
"Don't worry beta...You will get it...", I said while kissing his cheeks.
Suddenly, I felt someone behind me. I saw Austin is standing near the bathroom. I flinched but I slightly giave him a smile.
"Austin...Do you need anything?", I asked while holding Ayu.
"Why? Can't I come here without any work?", he asked.
"I..didn't..mean that ...This is your house..You can come here at any time..", I said. I placed Ayu in the bathtub.
I opened the cupboard that has baby wash for Ayu. Ayu started wiggling in my hold.
"Ayu...Wait beta...Stop playing...I will let you play later..", I said while holding him with one hand and taking body wash from other hand. I suddenly felt a warm hand on my hand.
"Tell me..What I should give? ", Austin said while kneeling with me.
"It's okay, Austin...I can manage..", I said but his glare is enough to stop me.
I hold Ayu with my bath hands now. I nodded for the one which he pointed.
He took the body wash and gave it to me.
"Thank you!", I said while taking it.
I took the body wash and started washing Ayu. He smiled and started playing with water. My dress is wet. Austin kneeled and looked at me.
"Ayu baby...Stop playing now.. ", I said and he looked at me. Austin looked stunned when he stopped playing with water.
After his done, I again filled the water in tube I gave him a duckies to him.
"You can play bow...With this duckies...", I said while giving him his duckies. He giggled and started playing and pouring the water on me and Austin.
"Austin...You are drenched..", I said.
Austin smiled and started playing with Ayu with water. They both started pouring the water on themselves.
"Oh baby...I think the play time is done.. ", I said and Ayu giggled.
"Austin...You go and change...Or else you will catch cold..", I said. He just nodded and looked at me.
"Austin...Can you pass me the white towel in the cupboard?", I asked.
"Okay..", he said and went towards the cupboard and picked a white fluffy towel.
I took the towel and wrapped Ayu with it.
"Had fun, Prince?", I asked while laying him on the bed with the towel wrapped around his body.
I gently wiped his body with towel. He giggled looking at me.
Suddenly, I felt someone back hug me. I flinched but calmed down when I heard Austin voice
"Shh...Don't panic", he whispered in my ear. I got goosebumps because of our proximity. I shivered in his embrace.
"Thank you for being a great mother to my...no...our son...He is our son..", he said. I was shocked hearing that from him.
Tears filled my eyes when I heard him.
"A..Austin..", I stuttered.
"I mean it...No one deserve to be Ayu's mom other than you...Thank you", he said while turning me to him.
He slightly moved towards me and pecked my cheeks. I stood still in his arms. We both just look at each other.
We both flinched and came out from our trance when we heard Ayu is giggle. We both went away from each other and turned our heads to other side.
"I mean it..", he said and turned me towards him. He wiped my tears and smiled at me.
"I will be getting ready for office..", he said and I nodded. He went off to his room.
"Baby...I think your dad changed...", I said to Ayu and giggled. He giggled looking at me.
After dressing Ayu, I went downstairs while holding him on my left hip.
I saw Austin sitting on the head chair of the dining table. I sat far from his chair. I looked at him. He raised his eyebrow and gestured me to sit beside his chair. I gulped and sit beside him. Maids serve the breakfast for him. I served the breakfast for Ayu. I made him eat the breakfast. I asked a maid to pour milk in the sipper so that he can sip easily. He sipped only half of the milk.
"No baby...Drink the milk", I said. He just moved his face away from sipper.
"Okay fine..", I said. He giggled.
After he was done with the breakfast, I was about to go but he stopped me by my wrist.
"Have your breakfast", he sighed looking at me.
"I will have it...You go to office...You might be busy", I said while smiling at him.
"You better do what I say", he said.
He just snapped his fingers. The maids took Ayu from me. I looked at him and he gestured me to sit.
I huffed and completed my breakfast under his surveillance.
When I completed the breakfast, he sighed looking at me.
"I am going to office", he said while standing up and going to the door. I followed him but just stood near the living room because he used to not like me doing the things like sending him off or anything. I was still scared of his reaction.
I just stood far from him. He suddenly turned around, I was still being scared. When I was about to run, I felt him stopping me by holding my wrist. I slowly turned around.
"Austin....I...I..didn't...", I stuttered.
"Shh", he said. My heart was beating fast because of him.
"Bye!!", he said and pecked my cheeks. My face is flushed at his action.
"A..Austin...", I said.
"What?", he asked.
"You are being weird..", I said in a low voice.
"Weird? What do you mean?", he asked.
"I...I...", I stuttered while looking down.
"Don't stutter...", he said with a stern voice. He made me look into his eyes.
"You are behaving differently...You are making me think something...which I should not think...", I said.
He pulled me closer while my hands are on his chest. I immediately averted my eyes.
"Anu...", he said. I looked into his eyes.
"I want to say something...", he said.
"I...", I said.
"Stop...Let me finish...I am sorry...Really ....I am sorry for everything which I have done..to you...I tortured you, abused you...slapped you...and forcefully kissed you....I'm sorry", he said while moving away from me. His eyes are filled with regret and pain. His eyes are filled with tears.
"A..Austin....", I said.
"Yo..You don't.. don't have to...", I stuttered while seeing him pain. My eyes are filled with tears.
"No..No...I have to...I'm sorry...for blaming you...for everything..", he said.
"Austin...", I said.
"So I want to correct my mistake.....I want to make our relationship work...I want you to in my life.. I want you as my wife...I want to give us a chance...Please....Please...Will you give me a chance? Will you give us a chance?", he asked while holding my hands. I looked at his eyes which are filled sincerity.
"Y..Y..Yes..", I said stuttering because I still can't believe if it is a dream or reality.
"Austin...but please..believe me...I didn't do anything...regarding...", I said.
"Shh.....I don't want to hear anything....We are not talking about all the shit...I am talking about us...", he said while squeezing my hands in his warm hands.
"Will you give us a chance?", he asked. My tears are falling from my eyes. He gently caressed my cheek and slightly wiped my tears.
"Y..Yes..", I said while looking at his eyes.
"Really?!", he said with a shout. I nodded.
"Wow!!!", he said. He lifted me in my arms and twirled around. I giggled looking at him.
"Ahh!!", I said and gasped at his action.
After few minutes, he stopped and made me stand. We both panted.
"Thank you....Thank you so much...I will not let you regret this decision...", he said. He kissed my forehead. I smiled looking at him.
"It's us now...", he said.
"It's us now...", I said.
We both looked at each other thinking that we will make our relationship work.
"Okay...I am going office...", he said.
"Okay...", I said.
"Will you send me off?", he asked.
"Okay...", I said.
I went near the door to send him off.
"Bye!!", he said while pecking my cheek.
"Bye!", I said.
He went inside the car with a smile. Even I am smiling looking at our progress in pur relationship.
"Bye....Take care...", I said while waving my hand.
"Bye!!", he screamed. I laughed looking at him.
