The next morning ✨

Jasmine woke up early for a morning run,she had asked tan for a fitness trainer and martial arts tutor the day before so she decided to start exercising as a warm up.

On getting downstairs jasmine saw tan was about to leave for work so early ,it was about 6:30 am, he probably has something very important to do,Jasmine decided to approach Tan to greet him.

She walks towards him,Tan saw her coming and immediately flashes a cute a*s smile

‘Minnie’

He said softly

‘Goo. . .good morning Tan’

Overwhelmed with how cute and playful Tan called her jasmine stuttered.

‘Exercising huh good job,I would leave for work now so sorry I wouldn’t be able to accompany you for breakfast,I was going to greet you but I thought you would still be sleeping ‘

Tan throws a wink as he said with a smile

‘Hehehe it’s actually fine ,I know you are a busy person thank you though’

‘It’s my pleasure’

Tan replies with a smile.

Jasmine bade Tan goodbye and starts jogging after his car leaves

‘Wtf He is so damn gorgeous’

After an hour,

Jasmine finished exercising and decides to take a bath,she was sweaty all over.

Mrs Wong had already prepared her meal and Tan left her a heartfelt letter for being absent for breakfast.

‘He really is the sweetest’

She thought.

After breakfast, jasmine goes to the library to finish studying,she is a commercial student and has always wanted to be a secretary and work in the financial section of a big company alongside a boss of course,since the Tangs are taking care of her she might as well study hard and work in the tang’s family company to reciprocate their care.

Jasmine read all day losing track of time,her vision soon got blurry and she realised she was hungry but had no strength or motivation to get up,just in that instant,Tan arrives with fish cakes her favourite snack.Jasmine mom was Korean,she had grown up in a poor household and was very good at making night snacks ,jasmine’s favourite is fish cakes she loves them so much.

Upon seeing Tan and smelling the fish cakes jasmine’s gaze looked as though she has seen her Prince Charming,her eyeballs expanded and sparkled like diamonds ,she stood there looking at Tan approach her while she was drooling over the aroma of the fish cakes and how good Tan looked.

‘Minnie you look like you could gobble me up in a second hehehehe’

Jasmine realising how embarrassing she was just now lowered her gaze and closed the books in front of her gently.

‘Hi tan’

She said softly.

‘Jass here I heard you were reading ALL DAY and brought you fish cakes you are probably hungry’

He handed the bag of fish cakes to her,he probably bought it at a fancy restaurant and rushed down to her because it was still warm and tastes so good.

Jasmine took the bags without hesitation,mumbled a thank you and rummages through the bag to fetch herself a fish cake,she took a bite out of one and savoured the flavour slowly her expression showing her love and gratitude for this delicious delicacy.

‘You should be on a fish cake ad’

Tan said randomly as he watched her eat so beautifully that he who doesn’t eat snacks felt like eating one,she looks so attractive he just can’t get enough of how pretty she is.

Jasmine knowing what he was referring to smiled sheepishly,a blushing mess.

‘Thank you? Tan’

She says.

‘Eat up I won’t disturb you’

Tan replies as he opened a bottle of water for her,drops it on the table and leaves to look for a book to read.

Jasmine watches tan back frame and smiles,apart from her mother no one else have ever showered her with so much love,care and attention.

She feels so blessed to have him by her side.

Although she knew her place and wasn’t on his league she promised herself to work hard and be a woman who is qualified to be by his side.

The two sat side by side,Jasmine munching on fishcakes non stop and tan reading a book with jasmine occasionally throwing glances at him.

Seeing him from close up,she notices his eyes were a beautiful shade of brown ,he has really beautiful long eyelashes,his nose standing high and his heart-shaped lips really unique and pretty, the corner of his lips looks like it was smiling naturally and his skin as smooth and sleek as it could be.

‘My face would wear out if you keep staring’.

Tan says facing his book as he slowly looks at Jasmine who was lost in her thoughts while staring at him.

Jasmine realising she was caught this time coughs to clear the awkward air only she was feeling and puts on a poker face as she feign innocence.

‘Huh what are you talking about,I have no idea’

‘Playing dumb huh’

Tan closes his book as he focuses on teasing Jasmine. He had been looking at her from the corner of his eyes and he definitely caught her staring for a while.

‘I. . . I don’t know what you are talking about mister’

Jasmine said in a playful tone

‘Eyy miss Jasmine it’s not fair to play dirty like that don’t worry I’ma let you take a good look okay? Young master is very generous’

Tan shifts his chair even closer to jasmine and leans forward so close they could feel each other’s breath on their faces.

Jasmine was shocked as she sat rooted to her chair ,she couldn’t even move,she hadn’t expected tan to be so brave and move that close to her.Tan only thought to tease jasmine a little but as he got to close to her face ,he stopped ,he hadn’t seen her from so close as she always looks down when speaking to him but now that he is so close to her face she looks even more strikingly beautiful,here eyes are so big and clear and as she was shocked as to tan’s suddenly brave action ,her expression looked so cute and attractive tan couldn’t get enough even if he stared for a hundred years,

The two stood like that for a minute staring at one another before Tan regained his composure and sat back.

‘Er. . . Sorry I just wanted to tease you a little’

Seeing the all mighty young master flushing red,Jasmine thinks to tease him even though she is in the same state.

‘Hehehe looks like you were the one staring instead of not how would you know if I was staring or not’

Tan seeing jasmine clearing the air smiles and plays along

‘ Young master is naturally sensitive, I can sense a arrow coming from 2 kilometres’

Jasmine burst out in laughter ,tan’s humour never fails to surprise her, she laughed so hard she started to tear up meanwhile Tan sat there staring at her as he was lost in her smile,she looked 100000000 times prettier as she smiled and her eyes glistening as she teared up a little from laughing too hard. Tan just couldn’t look away she is so charming,too bad for his heart.’
