Michelle, a mathematics professor at an elementary school in Paris, met Adrian, who worked in a telecommunications company. They got married, had a child, and chose the name Gabriel for him. After the birth certificate was issued, Michel found herself in a dilemma of who would take care of the baby when both parents were at work. Michel turned to a lady specializing in providing maids and nannies. One day, a young blonde woman named Nicole knocked on Michel's door. She seemed to be in her thirties and had an elegant appearance. She introduced herself as Nicole, a nanny, and as Michel expected, she appeared to be waiting for an opportunity.
