Chapter 10Two days later, the band, including Shaun, met with their lawyer. He mentioned he would feel better going to the record label with a replacement for Shaun already picked. But he also didn’t think they should wait too long to tell them. By the time they left the lawyer’s office, they’d scheduled the meeting to take place in ten days. There was nothing Jase’s worry would accomplish, so he put the appointment out of his mind.
They all trekked back to Kiefer’s to hang out. Later that night, Jase pulled into his driveway, unable to stifle his yawn. He couldn’t help the smile that crossed his face as his mind traveled back to the day spent with the guys.
