Haven's Omega

Chapter 4

"As you wish, you will be promoted from team manager to head manager, but you will be transferred to another branch office outside Canada. And you are also not allowed to bring up our past relationship to anyone and if you violate what is written in the letter of agreement, then you have to bear it through legal means as stated in the agreement letter," Haven said with a face that still looked friendly but his voice sounded very cold.

Catherine reads the agreement and feels that she has suffered a lot but Catherine knows that Haven has a lot of evidence about Catherine sleeping with her seniors and superiors to get promotions and even using company facilities for personal use which can be considered as corruption. Not to mention that many seniors and superiors who have been in contact with her have been fired and imprisoned for cases of money laundering, corruption, abuse of power and others so that by signing this agreement she will be protected by Haven and can have a new life in this higher position.

Catherine signs the agreement and hands it over to Haven. Haven looked at it one more time before stuffing it into the bag. Haven smiled at Catherine and said, "Goodbye, take good care of yourself and don't do the same things you did while you were here in the new office".

Almost three years on, Haven and Princess Nora's relationship. Both the royal family and the Haven family who had been close enough from the start became closer. Talks about the continuation and seriousness of the relationship between Haven and Princess Nora are being discussed more and more often, especially Haven is in a very worthy position to marry a royal family. Haven has been promoted to President Director which is definitely time for Haven to be more serious.

"Haven, I know that you are young. You may think you are too young to get married but our Nora is old enough to marry and haven't you two been together for almost three years? Don't you feel that now is the right time to tie up your relationship? ", said the Queen in a gentle and friendly manner but her noble and firm side was still very visible.

Haven smiled and said, "I don't think I'm too young to get married, it's just that Princess Nora and I have something we want to do first. But according to Her Majesty the Queen, now is the right time for us to get married. I would be very happy and grateful to Her Majesty the Queen for allowing me to propose to Princess Nora."

Princess Nora just kept quiet and smiled with the teacup she was still holding. Princess Nora looks like a very elegant and noble Princess but in her heart right now is that she doesn't want to get married and just wants to enjoy her day, after all, she can't have children so even getting married will be useless for her. Princess Nora is also a little surprised that Haven answered the Queen like that, which means Haven is ready to marry her. Even though Haven knows that she can't have children because there is an abnormality in Princess Nora that makes Princess Nora unable to produce eggs like normal woman.

Princess Nora, who was silent between Haven and the Queen's conversation, was actually thinking about many things but it didn't look like that because Princess Nora seemed to smile and agreed to every word the Queen and Haven said.

Princess Nora glanced at Haven and thought that since the Catherine issue, Haven had never been involved with another woman. Princess Nora never asked about the people who were involved with Haven or slept with Haven because Princess Nora felt that she had no right to interfere with Haven's affairs which were too personal. As long as Haven's personal relationship does not interfere with Princess Nora's affairs and also does not damage the image of the two of them as a couple then Princess Nora will not mind it. After all, since the two of them were together, Haven had never touched her without Princess Nora's permission and Princess Nora had not asked for a relationship like any other normal couple. Princess Nora just needs a partner who can help her and get her out of the palace she hates.

Even if one day, Haven brought someone to introduce to him as his lover then Princess Nora would gladly accept it and instead would be happy for Haven because he could finally really love someone.

Haven and Princess Nora's engagement day has finally come. The royal family's engagement ceremony was held very lavishly. Haven and Princess Nora were busy with guests congratulating them both. Haven drank a lot of alcohol that was given by the invited guests who congratulated him. Haven started to feel drunk and walked to the garden for some fresh air. But on the way to the garden, Haven smells the very scent of a pheromone that he remembers very well, the pheromone of someone who was also at his parents' wedding anniversary. Haven looks for the owner of the pheromone, but all he finds are bodyguards who are definitely either Alpha or beta. Haven forgot the pheromone and planned to just rest by sitting on one of the garden benches. As he sat down, he faintly sensed the smell of the pheromone again. This time, Haven did not want to give up and searched for the whereabouts of the owner of the pheromone. Haven walks looking for the owner of the pheromone that he has felt several times but Haven instead meets Prince Noah who is talking to Raven.

Raven who saw Haven's arrival turned and said "Haven, why are you here?".

Haven didn't have time to answer when Raven said again "Ah, you must be looking for me? Did dad tell you to call me because the party is over? I'll come in with you".

Haven was confused by Raven's words but he just agreed, "Hm, yes. Come on in".

Raven turned to Prince Noah and said, "Sorry Your Highness, looks like I have to go in first. You'd better not be out too long because it's getting late."

Haven just nodded at Prince Noah before being pulled by Raven back into the hall. Raven who was walking in front of Haven turned and said with a grateful face, "It's a good thing you came, Prince Noah keeps sticking to me and spreading his pheromone to me. Ahh after this I have to take a shower immediately".

Haven paid no heed to Raven's words and looked back several times but behind him, there was no one at all. Haven was very sure that the pheromone he felt was not Prince Noah's pheromone and that the person who owned the pheromone was someone in the Harold family.

Haven returned to his parent's house after the engagement ceremony was over, Haven was really so drunk that it was difficult to walk and had to be carried by Toby. Raven who had already come home to see Haven who was drunk immediately helped and took Haven to his room. Raven tells Toby to rest and Raven will take care of Haven. Toby agreed and said goodbye to go to his room. Raven came out of Haven's room and was about to make some hangover soup because it wasn't only Haven who was drunk, even Raven felt a little drunk. When going down to the kitchen, Rick who was on night vigil saw Raven who was a little wobbly and helped him, "Young Master, are you okay?".

Raven turned to Rick and said, "Ah, that's okay. I'm just a little drunk and I feel a little dizzy now".

Rick nodded and asked, "Where are you going now, let me help you?".

"I'm going to the kitchen to make some hangover soup for me and Haven who's really drunk," said Raven who started walking into the kitchen.

Rick followed Raven and said, "You better get some rest, I'll make some hangover soup".

Raven felt he did feel dizzier than before maybe because after drinking a large amount of alcohol, he didn't immediately rest but instead took a walk and even carried Haven who smelled of alcohol. Raven finally told Rick to make some hangover soup and went back to his room, "then please make the soup and take it to my and Haven's room. But Haven doesn't seem like he's awake yet so you can just go in and put it on the table so Haven can drink it right away after he gets up".

Rick nodded and said, "Okay, Young Master. Please just wait in the room, I will quickly make it".

Raven returned to his room and lay waiting for the hangover soup. Soon Rick knocked on his door with two hangover soups. Raven took a bowl and immediately drank it in front of Rick, Raven said "Huuh, I feel better. The soup is different from what I'm used to drinking, the taste is quite good and full of bean sprouts unlike the soup I'm used to seeing".

Rick replied shyly, "I'm not very good at cooking and usually my sister-in-law will make this soup when my brother is drunk, because it's easy and fast so I just make this soup".

Raven smiled and said, "Oh, next time tell me the recipe so I can make it too when I'm drunk".

Rick nodded and Raven ordered Rick to go to Haven's room to give him the soup. Rick turned to go to Haven's room and knocked on Haven's door but from inside the room, there was no answer. Because it was night, the atmosphere was very quiet and only the faint sounds of nocturnal animals from the garden could be heard from the window in the hallway. Rick slowly opened Haven's room and saw Haven still asleep in the clothes he wore at his engagement party, a tuxedo that was a mess but still stuck to Haven's body. Rick put the soup on the table and glanced at Haven who looked uncomfortable with the tie still around his neck, Rick took the initiative to untie the tie and unbuttoned the top of Haven's shirt. After that, Rick went straight out of Haven's room.

Haven, who was asleep, soon woke up and immediately sat up, making his head feel very dizzy. Haven looked at the soup on the table next to his bed and drank it without thinking. After drinking it, Haven mumbled, "It tastes weird but it's ok and it's still warm too".

Haven smelled the scent in his room which reeked of alcohol but also faintly smelled the pheromone he had been looking for. Haven guessed that the owner of this pheromone was the one who had entered his room and was likely the one who brought the soup for him as well. Haven remembers nothing after getting drunk and being helped by Toby to get home. Haven wants to find the owner of the pheromone but now Haven thinks if he knows who owns the pheromone then what will he do, the owner of the pheromone is omega then what will happen if Haven finds out who the omega is. Haven sighed realizing that he shouldn't be looking for the omega of the pheromone owner even though he really liked the smell of the pheromone. Haven took off his clothes and lay back down and closed his eyes.

Rick who came out of Haven's room with his nose covered with his hands and a red face, walked quickly to return to his room and arrived at the room immediately took the suppressant and drank it. Rick sighed and took off his clothes quickly then walked to the bathroom and took a cold shower which immediately made him cold but didn't reduce the heat he felt from his heat. Rick didn't expect that just being in Haven's room for a while made him get his heat faster than usual. Rick muttered, "Maybe it's because young master Haven is alpha dominant, maybe because I'm too weak".

Rick had to struggle with the heat this time because the heat lasted for several days which made him have to stay in his room and not come out at all. Rick even injected suppressants with the highest dose of suppressant to finish the heat. Until finally, the heat stopped but Rick became visibly thinner than before because for the past few days he had eaten little and often vomited due to the suppressant effect used.

Unexpectedly for Haven, after he smelled the omega pheromone scent in his room and fell asleep, Haven woke up due to the rut that made him almost lose control. Haven had tried to drink the suppressant but to no avail, Haven was confused because it had been a long time since he had a rut this bad. Haven thought maybe it was because he hadn't slept with anyone in a long time. Haven who maintains his reputation and his relationship with Princess Nora makes him very careful that he no longer carelessly sleeps with women but Haven also never touches Princess Nora which makes Haven think maybe because that is what caused his rut this time to be very wild.

In the morning, Princess Nora calls Haven to meet up but Haven says that he is in a rut and can't meet anyone. Princess Nora is very surprised to learn that since Haven had a relationship with her, Haven no longer sleeps with anyone else.

"Are you crazy? How long have we been in a relationship, I thought you were behind my back still sleeping with other women so I don't worry about your physical needs. I never forbid you to sleep with other people, the important thing is that your reputation and our relationship remain good, that's all ", said Princess Nora who finally came to the Haven family's house to check on Haven's condition.

Haven who was sitting on his bed said lazily, "I'm just being careful, if I sleep with other women and they turn out to be like Catherine then it can be difficult for me and I already have a commitment with you so I guess sleeping with other women when I have a serious relationship with you is simply not right."

Princess Nora sighed and sat next to Haven, "Then what about your needs? Do you want to sleep with me?".

Haven was shocked and immediately turned to Princess Nora, "Huh? What are you saying? Are you crazy? Sleeping with an alpha who is in a rut is scary, like an animal. You will get hurt".

"Then find another woman or omega, don't torture yourself like this," said Princess Nora who threw Haven's cell phone into his lap.

Haven put his phone on the bed and said "My rut will go away on its own after I take some suppressants so you better get home before I start going crazy again".

Princess Nora sighed and walked to Haven's bedroom door and locked it, "Sleep with me, but only this time. You also don't have to worry because I can't get pregnant so you don't have to be careful".

Haven looked at Princess Nora and his calm gaze gradually changed which made Princess Nora shudder in fear because it was the first time she had seen Haven in such a state. Haven said quietly, "I'm sorry".
