Chapter Thirty-Three Daniel stepped outside the Ghost and looked around. Clouds filled the sky, blocking out the sun. Trees stretched toward the sky, covered in moss, and draping over the top of the ship. And his shoes were wet. He glanced to the ground and saw the marsh on the ground. Where he stood, it was only an inch deep, but part of the Ghost had sunk into the swamp over six inches. “How far are we from the shuttle?” Daniel asked. “Four miles,” Shawn said. Shawn had a data pad in his hand that was connected to his main navigation computer on the Ghost. “Through marshes?” Shawn shook his head. “We’re at the edge of the marshes. Once we get out of this area, we have only grasslands to reach the shuttle.” “Only grasslands, eh? All we gotta do is get out of here.” “Yes, sir.” “
