Chapter Thirty-Four Ben took a slow breath. In and out. His hands rested on his rifle. He looked through the scope at the flying dragons attacking the Ghost. It seemed most had left circling around the shuttle to bother the large spaceship instead. His finger found the trigger. He focused on his breathing. In. Out. In. Out. Fire. His shot was true as it penetrated the joint between the dragon’s body and wing. As long as he could focus, and pull the trigger on an exhale, he could meet his mark. Only two dragons circled the shuttle now. One yellow. One red. Neither of them paid anyone at the shuttle any attention, and Ben wanted to use that to their advantage.
