A new chapter

Few weeks later Ethan finally remembered to call his sister and that's when he explained the whole breakup situation to her. His sister was in disbelief and the reason why it was hard for her to believe him is because she knew how hard his brother fell for Ashley but at the same time she very well knew that her brother couldn't be at fault. Anny was worried about his brother even though he kept on reassuring her that he was fine and he was getting over it. After a long pause she said "brother how about you find something to distract yourself, you can travel or do whatever", his brother then replied saying, "I've actually been planning to relocate, I've made so many memories here with her now it's a bit overwhelming to wake up everyday and find out she's not here anymore". His sister couldn't agree more on this one, she was very supportive.

After their call, Ethan went to his study to make a fully written plan of what he was going to do and where he was going to travel to, but first he had to talk to his Supervisor at work about his relocation situation. He gave him a call and he was asked to report to work with immediate effect. He went there with a clear, typo free resignation letter. He had made it 10 minutes prior to him leaving his study to go meet his supervisor at the offices.

He arrived at the office and went to his supervisor's office, right before he could hand over his resignation letter, his supervisor pulled his ears. Violence in the office is it? No it's not , they were close like cousins so they mostly acted like that with each other. "Heyyyy you hurting me", said Ethan to him.

"You very well know why I'm pulling your silly ears, why did you say you are quitting your job over the call earlier on?", said Scott, his supervisor. Ethan then explained the whole situation to him and made it clear to him that he really needed a break from the city of hearbreak.

Thank God his supervisor understood without stretching the whole issue, so he took the resignation letter from him and signed it. He was gonna submit it to the head office so signatures were a mandatory act.

The two sat down for sometime and as a soul brother, Scott gave Ethan advice and they both brainstormed cities one would choose to venture out to .

They finally came to a conclusion and guess what?

Ethan was going to CHICAGO!!!

After deciding, he left the office, his supervisor had assured his last salary was to be credited to his bank account soon but the guy didn't worry much about finances since he had saved a fortune already. Instead of heading straight home, he decided to drive around the city to take the last view because he knew he was not coming back anytime soon . He parked by the fun park and stepped out for a short walk to grab some fresh air. He walked a bit towards the benches and sat down,he scrolled on his phone checking job posts at the city where he was about to stay at.

You can't just go to a new place without plans in mind right?, he knew that so he wanted to start his job hunt as early as possible. When he was busy scrolling on his phone, a cute little girl sat beside him. She was wearing a purple dress and she was holding a medium sized basket full of different flowers. She offered a pink rose to Ethan saying he should buy it for his girlfriend. Even though the guy was just a single bird, he just bought the flower and told himself that this was gonna be his last purchase in the city, so it could be his last memory. Ethan stood up and headed back to his car so he could go grab some dinner at his favourite Thai cuisine restaurant "Teerak". He arrived there and sat down, placed an order of his go to dish 'kai palo' and in no time he was done and busy licking his fingers.

He cleared the bill and went home to take a shower. As he was undressing, you could see his slim, feminine and tanned skin body . He was not a characterized femboy but rather just a guy with a beautiful feminine body that could possibly make girls jealous. He gently put on a bathrobe and went to the bathroom. He played some soft music on his phone and turned on the shower, it was dripping hot water that could make someone romanticize a bathroom scene.

He took a long bath, rubbing his soft hands on his body. He got done and there he was, with a white towel wrapped aroud his body, he was staring at the mirror trying to fix his hair. His hair was silky and he had a curtain mullet hairstyle which appeared sexy when his hair was wet. He mostly air dried it but this time around he opted for an electric hair drier.

'Wonder if I'm ever gonna fall in love again', it's just something that popped up in his head randomly and he quickly dismissed it. He then went to his closet to wear some pyjamas, he sat on bed and took out his favourite diary from the bed-side drawer.He then started brainstorming how to go about with the relocation thing. He listed stuff like;(plane tickets, suitcases, places to check on arrival and where to settle). After writing that he wrote a money budget that aligned with what he was supposed to get for his trip and what he was going to pay for .

He then decided to book his flight ticket, after the confirmation through an email he was done for the day and he went to do a movie night set up . He brought some snacks and chilled.
