The Destroyer

Night covered the land. Fear swept through me. I screamed out for him, for the one who could save me. But he was nowhere to be found. My cries were unanswered. I looked behind me for the one who was always supposed to be there, but he was gone. Alone. Below the ridge I stood on, the world was destroying itself. I called out again, yelling for the most dangerous man in the world. In the universe. Still, there was no answer. I climbed down the ridge, ready to chase him to the ends of the galaxy if I had to. He was known as the Destroyer of Lives. I knew him as JC. He was the only one who could stop this madness. Even if it cost me my life, I had to find him. I had to find the love of my life. Everything depended on it.
