HER CLAP-BACK

Chapter 3

"I'm tired your sister is so good; you should join Olympic already and not waste her talent.

"Why haven't you joined? Yvonne asked him.

"I'm already signed up to a team"

"Hmm good for you. by the way, nice play for once i saw a really hot challenge for me" Yvonne told him.

"Yvonne, Matilda this is West, Sam's brother from school, and West my sisters".

"Ooh so it's you he calls what the name again?

"Andy He calls me Andy".

"We already drove him away, since we didn't know whom he was searching for"

"Next time ask for the full names"Yvonne added.

After the match they had snacks together before West went home; ever since, He became friends to Matilda and Yvonne. Though they didn't see him regularly.

It was saturday i was so excited; Mandy took Matilda and me to the hill I've been wanting to visit. It's really beautiful here; we stood at a pinnacle and watched people walk past beneath us; the house looked so beautiful and Mandy's car looked pretty tiny from up here.

Ever since I last visited the hill, I've wanted to go back, and even then, I was engrossed in my thought i only saw West walking towards us when he was close. "Hey you," we said to each other as we made our way toward the thatch bamboo inn around the hillside.

Suddenly, it began to rain, so we took cover inside the thatch inn. "How did you find this place?"

"Andy directed me here, where's she?"

"She's up there taking a call, we should go bring her here, my sister easily gets cold and it's drizzling already" Yvonne said. Just then they heard a g*n shot and everyone of them got scared.

"Let's hide so we don't get in trouble Matilda said "but my sister is out there no no i won't hide i need to get her here with us"

"No, she's grown she'll come let's stay low"

"No way! are you crazy" with that Yvonne ran out of their hideout she saw a man with a g*n and the moment he saw others coming, he ran away. Yvonne looked everywhere but Mandy wasn't there and so she walked further only to see her sister had fallen off the cliff; she was shot.

Yvonne screamed as she trembled from fear.

"Where's she, where's she? Matilda looked towards the same place Yvonne was starring and immediately she fell to the ground and started crying, Yvonne stood there with an expressionless face

"We have to go call for help" West said.

"I'm not leaving this place, i want my sister back. Yvonne screamed still she was stern.

West got their parents on the line and they came with help; everyone was crying except Yvonne. The police got Mandy's body into an ambulance and drove away their parents helped them get in the car, and they drove following the ambulance to the hospital the doctors tried keeping everyone in check.

After so much struggle Mandy couldn't fight anymore she died. It was another sad and hurtful time for the Walters.

"Is she dead?Yvonne asked the doctor with an expressionless face

"Yes he answered."

"I want to see her"

"No. You're a child.

"Damn it, i said i want to see my sisters body" she screamed

The doctor led them towards where they'd kept Mandy's remains. Yvonne stared at her sisters expressionless face as Matilda couldn't hold her sobs. Mrs Walter cried so loudly.

"Where have we gone wrong"? Where, where have we gone wrong.

Yvonne reminisce about seeing her sister driving and them going to the hill that morning and immediately the flash back was gone she could see clearly that her beloved Mandy was gone too.

"NO!!!!!!! Yvonne screamed for the first time, i want my sister back as her chest rise and fall.

West stood there in tears watching as the family cried for the deceased.

"I want to go home mum"

"Yvonne what happened to your sister, please tell me what to my daughter? Mrs Walters cried as she was been taken out of the room by her husband.

They went home and once again the house was in agony.
