"Amanda, how was your trip? I missed you so much". “It was amazing, I wished you were there.” “I saw your photos, they are bomb.” “Probably my next vacation,” she replied. Rebecca is Amanda's best and only friend at school. Her siblings Casper and Yvonne loves to annoy her. Yvonne is the pain in the neck that Amanda never asked to have as a younger sister but she loves Yvonne. Mandy, as Yvonne calls Amanda, is in high school about to leave high school, while Yvonne and Casper, sophomores, are still in their juniors. "Casper Casper! I called you, please take off that head set." Yvonne shouted at her brother. "What is it?" he asked Yvonne “I've been looking everywhere for Mandy, have you come across her?” "Yes. She went out with her friend” Ahhh Yvonne grumbled but immediately calmed down. “She should have been with me and no one else; and then she walked away. When Amanda learns that her sister is looking for her, she tortures herself for forgetting her promise; she knew Yvonne could be a lot of pain, but she always considered her sister her pacifier. Yvonne doesn't care about anything but she always finds her way into people's hearts. Mandy is finishing high school while Casper and Yvonne are still in the lower grades. After Yvonne's twelfth birthday, a few weeks later, Casper had an accident while attending an event and died instantly. Our mother cried so much, in so much pain that she didn't know how to react. The teachers came to our house to visit our parents and us. "My condolences mom", they would always say before leaving, I felt bad, I'll never see my brother Casper again and the times he was looking for trouble, I missed him already, standing next to Mandy, I whispered “I have never seen such a large crowd before,” she said with a small smile, “they came to say goodbye to our Casper.” In the crowd, after the funeral I only knew two aunts, the aunt stayed to look at my mother. School is no longer fun; and the house wasn't so great anymore, everything seemed to change after Casper died, mom tried to smile every time she saw me, it was all just an act, I knew. Mandy has become everything to me, I can't go anywhere without my sister, when mom realized I was not doing well, she brought along a little girl who was my age or two years older than me, so I had someone friend when Mandy went to school.
