My father's behavior was becoming more annoying than I could accept. I had tried my best to put up with it, but the more he pressed on, the more I felt myself get pushed to the wall. And at a point, I couldn't carry it anymore.
I wondered if Mum knew he was alive. Or if she knew he never died, but didn’t see the need to tell me. This was because of the way she acted too casually, after his death. I thought that for someone whom she had a child with, you should have felt the impact as well.
Maybe she used her resources to investigate and found out he was dead, that’s why she didn’t see the need to feel pity for him.
The last time I saw her, she was in an interview with Candid magazine. She was talking about her divorce from Owen's dad and how he accused her wrongly.
