Enigma

It was the opening of the hypermarket made in heaven, located at the most reserved,sheen but busy area of GRA phase 1 of Lagos. People from all works of life trooped in, some to shop, others to experience and see the view inside and to boost to their friends that they have been to the biggest hyper market in Lagos. Sisi Cooper walked majestically into the hyper market after parking her Toyota Corolla. She felt good today after having landed a big gig for the company she worked for and felt like treating herself to her favourite chocolate Tito. As she stepped in to the hyper market icy cold air blew on sisi from all side due to the AC sation on all angle. She walked to the food section pulling her cart. "welcome to the food section of Made in Heaven ma" the sales girl said, standing straight as a stick, giving her a smile so wide all her teeth were on display, she also admired Sisi cotton shirt tucked in to brown coloured skirt that stopped at her knees, wrapped around her body like a second skin. Just go right in she said pointing toward the transparent glass door. "Thanks". Sisi walked right through swinging her hips with her heels making a click-click sound. "Wow, this is huge she thought to herself, now I see why the name of this hypermarket is called Made in Heaven". She walked round while her eyes roam through the various sections looking for her favourite chocolate. When Sisi got to the chocolate section there were a thousand brand of chocolates varying from colours, shape and size, just as Sisi was about to give up on her search for the chocolate she saw a pack of it." Oh My God thats it Tito chocolate! and reached for it." Sorry, it's mine" the hands of a 9 years old girl reached out and grab the last pack of the Tito chocolate and like the speed of lightning she was off. "Did she just.... did she have the right....who the hell has that little brat", Sisi bellowed pointing toward the direction the little girl ran to. Some of the people shopping around Sisi where of mixed feeling, some felt it was a funny act while others saw the wrong in what the little girl just did. Several sales girls rushed to Sisi on hearing her out brust " please ma,calm down" .." we will get a new one right away ma" another said," ma please don't be angry". " Don't be angry? and why shouldn't I be, a spoilt brat I know not just brag the last pack of Tito chocolate that was supposed to be mine". "Madam here is two packs of Tito chocolate" the Manager said, "it's on the house".Sisi sobered up immediately on seeing the chocolate packs." You don't need to give me an extra pack". " please take it ma, just see it as compensation for your troubles", he said wanting the issues to be resolved as quickly as possible especially as it was the first day of opening. "Fine, I might as well look round to see what other thing catches my fancy". 30 minutes later Sisi has just finished her shopping, pressing her phone she moved toward the cash out section, when little pairs of hands grabbed her from behind, "please ma help me" the little girl cried. Sisi looked down to see the same little girl that took the last pack of chocolate with tears running down her big frightening eyes and her lips quivering. Sonia on looking up was astound to see that the person she seek among the crowd to rescue her was the same beautiful but angry lady. "SONIA"! Sisi and Sonia turned toward the barritone voice shouting Sonia's name. Sonia was shaking violently like electric shock were moving through her body while Sisi wrapped her hands protectively round Sonia's body, squared her shoulders, with a determined face waiting. A hulk of a man hurriedly walked towards them. "Come on Sonia let's go" he said, rudely ignoring Sisi. "I don't want to" she cried. "if you don't I'm gonna s***k you,right here "he threaten." Oh please don't let him do it" " he wouldn't dare" Sisi said, puffing her small chest out. "Lady this is no business of your" he said " It became my business the moment she asked for my help" Sisi replied,pointing to his chest for emphasis. "Don't you dare touch me or else" " Or else what, you will s***k me like you threaten her" " I could you know" " hahaha...i will love to see you try "she laughed and turned her face in the opposite direction tapping her heels. Damn what can of a woman is this, kunle thought to himself,I can't even scold my daughter in peace. "Okk ...I think we started on the wrong foot, let's begin all over again". " I'm kunle Williams" he said stretching his hands out. "And I don't care to know who you are Mr" Sisi said "Am sorry about my out brust earlier on,This is Sonia and she is my daughter" Kunle said pointing toward Sonia but when his hands got close to her she cringe. Sisi noticed this and wondered why. " So are we cool" kunle asked with a tight smiles. " First of all, the fact that you thought to s***k me paints a bad picture of the kind of man you are, secondly the fact that you tried to forcefully take Sonia away, knowing am standing here protect her is a No..No.. from me". " Mr kunle Williams I can see that you are rich...if you call expensive looking watch and your shoes rich". " I can also see that you are handsome if you call Raven black curly hair, straight white teeth, chocolate brown skin and a body that scream I go to the gym everyday handsome". She said making quotation marks with her fingers. Sonia giggled hiding her laugher with her hands,on seeing her father been dressed down by a lady. Kunle exhale deeply,dam this woman a hundred times he thought. " What can I do to appease you" he asked " you can start by apologizing to Sonia here". " Am sorry Sonia he said bending down to her height, you know I don't like you picking too many toys and when I asked you to drop it off, you refused". " But I wanted the toy sir" Sonia said. The word sir rather than daddy got Sonia thinking what can of a relationship kunle had with his daughter. " I will pay for the doll" Sonia said, "am sure it's something I can afford". " Oh don't worry I can handle it, and don't worry about your bills I have got it covered". " No.. I insist" he said, when he saw she was about to protest. " It's fine by me" and together they all walked to the cash out section. " You are one hell of a woman, you know?" kunle said while paying for the goods main while he took his time to properly observe Sisi from her petite breast to her small waist to her wide hips down to her long legs, indeed she was a rare beauty he thought. " Well yeah, cause I don't like victimization". "You wound me with your words woman" he said with mock horror. "How far did you think I will go besides she is my daughter you know". " what ever" she said,I have to go now but before that she squirted down to Sonia's level " I believe you have an apology to make young lady". " Oh that" Sonia said biting her bottom lips, looking at the ground. "sorry" she said and thanks for helping me out with Mr kunle. Sonia looked up at kunle for an explanation as to why Sonia call's him by his name and not daddy but he quickly looked away. While getting up her phone rang. " Hello Ben...,yes am at the hyper market..., that can't be..., destroyed how...,am coming right away". she packed the gorceries she bought and left in a hurry.
