Zander stares at me, his eyes crammed full of his heart. Dark blue holds my green ones with an intensity that both scares and excites me. What would happen if I let myself fall headfirst into this chemistry between us if I break down all the walls I've put up specifically to keep him out and let him in as more than just a friend?
