Stella's POV
I feel his forehead connect with mine and I blink in quick recessions to keep my tears at bay. He strokes the apple of my cheeks, his thumbs brushing under my eyes, wiping away invisible tears, the ones I was holding fall silently and he kisses them away.
"There is no someone else, no matter how distant in the future. I know what I want and you're it, you're all I want now and forever. At this point you're a necessity, I need you as a friend, as my everything. I want more for us than just being friends. I know you're hesitant and that's okay. I'll be here whenever you gather the courage to take a leap of faith. I promise it's all going to be okay, more than okay even though we'll be explosive together."
He lays a small, sweet kiss on my lips and pulls back, I shudder again
