I wake up to hear Hope fussing softly and Mason still asleep. I silently slip out of his arms and off the bed and lift Hope out of her bassinet. She’s soaked all up her back so I step into the adjoining room that Mason and I decided to turn into her nursery. When I flip on the light I gasp. How is this possible? What was an empty undecorated room, is now a furnished nursery with vinyl wood flooring like in our room that is a beautiful rich cherry wood shade. The walls are painted a soft misty lilac color that had been exactly what I’d envisioned. Along the far wall is the dark brown crib and it’s matching changing table, dresser, two identical rocking chairs. The sheets and chairs are the same misty lilac color and over the crib on the wall is a gorgeous design in script that says Princes
