Chapter Seven

“Damn Mira! That's one hot ride!” My friend Netawin said. Ya, I know his name is hard to pronounce. Say it with me. N-EH-T-OW-IN. Netawin. I really love his name.

He likes skateboarding and is tall. Maybe around 6’. Blond hair and green eyes. Tenth grade like me and the others. We dated a couple of times, but it didn't really work out. Now he is my second best guy friend.

"Really? Huh, I just saw it and thought it was ok looking." I said sarcastically. Then he noticed what kind of car it was. You know how kids are during Christmas and they opened the gift they really wanted, the look on their faces? Ya, that's how Netawin looked.

"You got it?!" I nodded with a big goofy smile on my face. Netawin knew I had wanted this car for a while. So his reaction doesn't surprise me.

Netawin looked at me, shocked. "How the hell did you get her?"

"Him and my parents." The look on his face was pure shock.

"Really?"

I nodded, the grin turning into a full smile.

"Want to come with?" Ashley asked, getting out from the passenger side. I looked at her, then back to Netawin and shrugged.

“I'm cool with it if you want to come.”

"Where?"

"I told Ashley we would go to the mall. I'm probably going to just window shop.”

"Sure, but I call shotgun!" he yelled and went to the other side. Ashley got in the back, and we went to the mall.

"So where to go first?" Netawin asked when we walked into the lobby of the mall.

“Hmmm so many places.” I looked at Ashley, and we smirked at each other. "VS!" we yelled.

"Must you always do that?" Aj said, walking over to us. His hands over his ears.

"Yes, yes, we must." Ashley said with a stiff nod and a giggle. Aj just shrugged while he had a slight grin on his face.

"So, what are you doing here, Aj? Comes to check out the girls?" I asked with a small smirk. He's a big flirt. Aj can't go a day without trying to pick up girls.

"Actually, Netawin texted me saying that he's here with you guys, so I texted the girls and Scott to come also. They should all be here in one....Two...... Now." and he pointed to the doors.

Jenny, Haley, and Scott walked in. Yes! Now the boys can go do whatever they want while we girls go bra shopping!

“Were is Leah?” Noticing she wasn't here, I had to ask.

Aj looked around “I'm not sure. She didn't respond, so maybe she is busy?”

Aleah was most likely doing an art project. Not for school but for herself. She loves art, so Leah will do these projects, and if it turns out great, sometimes she even gets people to buy them. Aleah is really talented.

"By boys!" Haley yelled as we four started walking. Scott grabbed my arm, stopping me.

"Where are you girls going?" He asked, gently pulling me to look at him. I give him an annoyed face. We literally JUST said we were going to Victoria Secrets, not even two minutes ago.

"Dude, they just told us they were gonna look at boobie holders." Netawin said.

We girls all started laughing as the guys' faces turned red, and Aj looked like he wanted to come with. Typical Aj. Always, and I mean always trying to look at chick's and “get lucky” as he would say.

"Oh. Umm, ok. Text us when you leave so we can all get lunch. I'm buying." Scott told us. That's a big mistake when we have Aj and Netawin with us. They are literally bottomless pits.

I give him a raised eyebrow and a sarcastic looking grin. “Are you sure you can pay for those two? They eat so much!” I point to the two as they start acting like pups looking at their master begging, giving him puppy dog eyes.

“Ya I can afford it. Trust me, my dad just gave me some money to treat you guys anyway. He says ‘Scott! Before you meet up with you're driends take this and have fun!’ So I did as I was told.” Scott shrugged, and Aj and Netawin both jumped for joy.

"Ok, fine, we will let you know when we are done. Bye!!!" Ashley yelled, pulling me away from the guys.

"Can I go?!" Aj yelled.

I laughed and shook my head. "No, you creep!"

We spent two hours in Victoria Secrets. You do not want to know how much we spent. It was a little over $150. Each. I'll tell you that much. They did have a sale, so we got way more than what you think. I got eight thong’s, four regular cute panties, and four bras. The sale was buy one get one for the bras and the panties!!! What a great deal! We met the guys for lunch then went shopping for two more hours. It was so much fun! First I got a new car and now Ashley and I have got a new wardrobe! This has been a good day. Now it's time to go home and relax.
