I wake up to the sound of a steady beeping. It’s awfully annoying but in a weird way, a little soothing. My stomach hurts and even the slightest move is painful. I open my eyes that feel extremely heavy and find myself alone in a hospital room. Flashes of Jamie come back to me. She was about to shoot Paige. There was no way I was going to let that happen. I have no idea what happened after she shot me though. I begin to panic, wondering if she ended up shooting Paige anyway. I look around the room to see if my phone is here, but I can’t see any of my belongings. I press the button for the nurse, but the pain becomes too much to bear and I pass out again.
I’m taken out of my slumber by someone holding my hand. I struggle to open my eyes, but I can smell her perfume; it’s Paige. Have I die
