The drive to Victor Harbour was beautiful, though the excitement of getting there made the time drag. The sun is shining brightly on this small, coastal town and the warm breeze sends shivers through my body as I step out of the car. I have been here before, but it has been a long time since my last visit. Small bars and restaurants line the beach. The town square boasts a large grassed area where markets are often held. Looking out into the water, granite island is waiting to be explored. A horse drawn carriage takes passengers over the small island, an island known for its seal and dolphin sightings. I can remember the horses being my favourite part of this town, since the first time I came.
“Let’s check in.” Says Chelsea, interrupting my daydream.
