Julianne's POV I stood in the lavish room, watching as Jasmine and the other concubines gathered around Loretta. They were laughing, their voices filled with mockery. I could feel my heart race as I listened to their cruel words. "Look at her! So rude to her father," Jasmine sneered, her eyes glinting with malice. "She thinks she can just waltz in here and take the Luna's place," another concubine chimed in, her voice dripping with disdain. Loretta stood there, her back straight, but I could see the hurt in her eyes. I wanted to step in, but before I could, Jeremy, spoke up. "Enough!" he said, his voice firm. He moved closer to the group, his eyes narrowing. "You will not speak to her like that. Show some respect." The concubines exchanged nervous glances, but Jasmine was undeterred.
