When they got back to the hotel Beta Jay decided to tell Damien about the rouge seeking asylum. They were suppose to have another treaty meeting, but it happened to be with Travis Night, Amelia's father. Jay spoke to him suggesting they meet the next month, at the Cresent Moon Pack, to renew the treaty since so much had happened. Alpha Night seemed relieved to delay the meeting, so many new revelations weighing heavily on his mind. After Jay and Claire packed their belongings they went to meet Alpha Damien in his room. Jay warned Claire beforehand of the news he was about to break to their Alpha, and he may react poorly. They sat in the living room of Damien's suite anxiously waiting for him to finish packing. When he came out carrying his luggage Jay asked him to sit down. Taking Claire's hand in his to keep calm, he told Damien the situation. "Alpha, the day we left to come here, a rouge was found not far from our border. He said he was former Eastern Night Pack. He requested asylum for information on his former pack." Damien let out a snarl at Jay, his eyes dark with anger. "Why was I not told immediately when he was found?" Damien growled out. "The rouge was already beaten up when found, however, a border patrol guard attacked him. The guard's family was killed in the war. The doctor's put the rouge in an induced coma to heal faster, he should be waking up later today. Ray and I thought it best to wait and tell you after the meeting. We knew you would be distracted, or might have chosen to stay home. You were needed here and the rouge is incapacitated anyways." Jay finishes. "You should have told me." Damien growls, his hands clenched so tight his knuckles were losing their color. "Sorry Alpha." Jay mumurs, lowering his head in submission. "Call the pilot tell him we are leaving earlier than expected, we will talk more about you and Ray concealing information later. For now, I want answers." Damien snatches is bag up, rushing to leave the hotel. The pilot was able to get clearance for an earlier take-off. The two hour flight feeling more like twenty hours to Damien. He was primed to get the answers he wanted so badly. When the SUV pulled into the pack hospital, Damien jumped out before the vehicle even came to a complete stop. Rushing into the hospital, Damien found the rouge's hospital room easily by the warriors guarding the door. The man was still unconscious when Damien entered the room. The head doctor, Doctor Micheal Lee, walking into the room moments later. "Alpha." Doctor Lee addresses Damien before looking at a patient chart on his clipboard. "The patient was taken off all medications this morning. It can take sometime for patients to wake up after being brought out of an induced coma. It could be any minute now or a few days. He will be groggy once he wakes, but most of his injuries are healed so he shouldn't be in much pain." Doctor Lee tells Damien. "Thank you doctor." Damien said. Doctor Lee bows his head before leaving the room. "You two can go, I'll mindlink you once he wakes up." Damien tells his Beta ad Gamma. "Yes sir." They said in unison. Alpha Damien sat in the same chair, staring at the unconscious rouge for hours. When the rouge finally started to stir, Damien mindlinked Jay and Ray to come back to the room. Doctor Lee came back to check his vitals, excusing himself quickly once done. "What is your name?" Beta Jay is the first to ask a question. "Samuel Long, former warrior for the Eastern Night pack." He answered. "What kind of information would you have that would be worth me granting you asylum?" Damien said with a hostile tone in his voice. "I left before they moved but I know what state the Alpha was moving the pack to, and the means he used to move them." Samuel said. "If the information is fruitful we will have another discussion about membership. Right now, you will willingly tell me everything you know or you will be taken to the jail and tortured." Damien tells Samuel. Samuel gulps, cowering at the threat. He takes a deep breath before telling Damien what he wanted to know. "Like I said, I left before they attacked your pack. I didn't agree with what Alpha Grimm was doing. He has been doing the same thing to small packs all over the country for years. He drugs the warriors and Alpha's with wolfsbane, while they are unresponsive he kills the Luna. This weakens the Alpha's to the point where they can't fight back. They are forced to hand over the pack's assets to him or he threatens to kill everyone. Only, he never let's the pack's live, he always kills everyone. He has a powerful, ancient dark witch working for him. One who's powers are hard to trace. She covers up the death's and missing packs with magic. Your pack was the first large pack he has ever taken on. I guess he wasn't prepared for a strong defense. I saw real estate documents before I left, Alpha Grimm bought a large amount of property in the state of Wyoming." Samuel finishes. He grabs a bottle of water off a rolling tray, drinking half the bottle in one huge glup. "The dark witch must be extremely powerful if the light witch we hired could not sense her magic." Gamma Ray whispers to Damien. Damien nods, staring off deep in thought for a brief moment. "Prepare the trackers to go to Wyoming, I want an exact location by the end of the week." He tells Ray sternly. "Yes Alpha." Ray said with a bow of the head.
