Mabel got married to James without her family approval, why? Because he's not from a wealthy family just like her. Mabel and James got married out of love but something strange happened, the once love birds became strangers in their matrimonial home. She works hard to be the heiress to the Queen's family, but on the other hand James needed her attention. Mabel had miscarriage and that is where the problem started to come from, James was convinced that she had miscarriage out of overworking herself. So he decided to divorce her. Mabel told him about her brain tumor, he was happy and worried about her at the same time. She keeps her sickness a secret so she won't be kicked out of the Queens family. James decided to love and care about her for the meantime. It was odd for her and everyone around seeing how James behaved around her. She travels to Germany for treatment but was disappointed because they can't treat her kind of case.When James found out she traveled for the treatment he followed her. Some one frames James for a crime he knows nothing about, which is putting a secret camera in the Chairman's room. His room was checked and they found the divorce letter. Mabel hated James for being like other men(who are after her money). Mabel's grandfather was in a coma for more than three months. Everyone was kicked out of the Queens family by the grandfather's mistress, they don't have any other choices than to follow James to his hometown. James' parents and siblings welcome them warmly. David took over the Queens Department Store and also the family house for himself and his mom, but with that David still claims he loves Mabel and also wants her back to the house.
