Teacher Be Mine

Chapter 8

Veronica's POV.

"Ok. So remember. This is prank #1. We can not get caught. Justin you stand guard. If you see a teacher coming yell 'touchdown' got it?" I asked.

"Got boss!" Justin replied.

We had decided to do a 5 day long prank week. Monday- Thursday's pranks were just little things leading up to Fridays. Today? Well today wasn't a big one. We each had a hoodie on to disguise ourselves. They were black with the words 'Devil Spawns' written on them in hot pink. We had changed our names because everyone knew who the 'Ice Bitches' are.

Today, we had a string tied to the inside of the locker door. And when she opened it. Well, lets just hope she likes whipped cream. We had poked a whole in a bowl and tied one end of some string to it. Then we filled it with whipped cream. We had a timer set up and when Alex pulled the door the and the bowl fell, the timer would start. There was a cup filled with raw hamburger meat in it. We had pulled it apart. When the timer went off, it would knock the cup over and spill the meat. Alex is a vegetarian, so the meat was an awesome idea.

My locker was across from Alex's. I had my phone set up and ready to record in my locker. We also had a camera set up and recording in Alex's. We all ran and hid in the bathrooms. When the other kids started to flood the halls, we walked out. We had taken our hoodies off. I went to my locker and hit record on my phone.

I looked over and seen Alex making her way to her locker. 5....4.....3.....2....1! Alex screamed and everyone looked over. 3......2.....1! The timer went off and there goes the hamburger. Laughter rang out through the hallway. I made sure no one was looking an ran over and grabbed the camera putting it on my bag after I had stopped it from recording. I walked with my friends to homeroom. Everyone. And I mean EVERYone was talking about Alex's new style.

"Well that was awesome. I can't wait for tomorrow now!" Sammie whisper yelled.

"I know right! That was wicked!" Justin said.

Flowers and chocolate were dropped on my desk. I looked up to find.... Of course, you guessed it! Mariah! She was smiling. I rolled my eyes.

"Thanks Mariah. But I'm still not going out with y- Another shirt?! And did I have to be sleeping?!" I said, horrified.

"Your welcome. And I'm not giving up baby. And yes! You did! Your so adorable when your asleep!" She said.

Today was a picture of me sleeping, of course. With the words 'My baby's adorable when she sleeps!' in a glittery blue. I liked the color though.

"Does anyone know who did that to Alex?" Miss Rivers asked.

"No Miss Rivers." We all answered.

"But you gotta admit, it was pretty wicked!" Jackson, one of our football players, said.

Alex walked in. She had a new outfit on and her hair was wet. Her eyes were red and puffy. Me and the gang hid our laughter along with the rest of the class. Damn that was good! I felt eyes on me. It was Miss Rivers. f**k! Did she know it was us! No. Ok. She looked away to fast to know that it was us. Is she blushing? Awe!

"Okay. Well if anyone does find out, please tell the principal or I." Miss Rivers said, sighing and rubbing her temples. I who's I could give her a massage.

"No way! Whoever did it would so rat on us if they found out we ratted on them!" Caleb said. Oh. Hey. He can talk!

That's true. We would.

"Then you tell us and they'll get in more trouble. Or you could ask if you could get moved away from them." She said.

"That won't stop them." Jackson mumbled.

That is also true! We'd find out where their locker was and then skip class and set up their prank. We definitely won't be stopping until we have our 5 days in. But our record of pranking and not getting caught is 35 days. But now everyone thinks we gave it up. They won't think it's us. Oh well. They wouldn't turn us in anyways. Then again. It's Alex. So no one will care. The bell rang signaling that it was time for first period.

"See you later twins!" Mariah, Sammie and I yelled, as they went to biology and we want to history.

I made a pit stop and put the chocolate Mariah gave me in my locker. I had thrown out the flowers. She may be annoying as hell but that doesn't mean I'm not going to eat the chocolate. I turned around and started walking again.

"Hey Veronica." Miss Rivers said.

"Hey. What's up?" I asked her.

"Nothing. Not looking forward to dealing with pranksters though." She answered.

I smiled, "I hear ya! They're sure know what their doing though." I wanted to try to get some praise out of her. Even if she didn't know it was us.

"Yeah they really do."
