Future Fates

The light kingdom was made up of humans who despised every supernatural. The dark kingdom, on the other hand, is made up of every supernatural. In the middle of the two kingdoms is a town called Menera which believes that humans and the supernatural should live together in peace. The two kingdoms did not agree and started a war with each other. The war lasted for centuries, not letting up until one year, when the light princess was kidn*pped and taken to the town of Menera. The princess was taken to the dark prince that loved the town they were in. He thought that maybe one day the fighting would stop and there would be peace. Menera's citizens thought of an idea to put a spell on the kingdoms, telling the prince and the princess of their idea. The two agreed and helped with the spell to put a barrier around the town that also put a wall splitting the kingdoms apart so no one could get through. No one could leave or enter the town or cross the wall. Two years after the barrier was put up, the princess and prince fell in love. They spent every day of their life together and had only one child after ten years together. What they never expected was that once their child was born, the barrier came crashing down. Once the barrier fell, the town thought that war would start. A week later, nothing happened, no war broke out. It was just quiet. But when everyone thought it was safe, something happened. The roar of a beast shook the ground. Everything happened so fast no one knew what had befallen the prince and princess. Their child, a little girl, was left all alone in the world. They named her Ava. She grew up in three different homes. The first two families had a child of their own and took her back to an orphanage. The third family kept her and made her into a maid. They would hit her for no reason and starve her if she didn't do a good job with her chores. She spent twelve years with her abusive family. During that time she had stopped feeling pain, but it all wasn't bad. She meets her two best friends, who are twins, Arrow and Alec. Ava never told them about her life at home. People in town always called them the Aces because of their names all starting with an A. Arrow and Alec turned eighteen two months before her and found out that they have abilities. Arrow can create anything she pictures in her mind, whereas Alec can communicate with and shift into animals. Ava has yet to turn eighteen, she hopes that she will also have abilities.
