it's been about a week since everything happened with Ryan and I feel so much better knowing he isn't going to be around bothering me. neals been staying with us almost every night and sadie is loving it and I like having him around too, it's just different having someone to give you a hand. he had to leave to go out of town a couple days ago and we haven't talked much, before he left he left his card on my dresser with a note letting me know it was to help buy things for sadie for school. I didn't need it but it was easier not to argue because he'd win anyways.
today her and I spent the day together getting school clothes and hair cuts and supplies just hanging out. we also had lunch and ice cream. by the time we made it back home poor thing was exhausted. tonight I'm supposed to have a girls night out with addie and I'm so nervous!
one I haven't actually been out in years and two I haven't had the chance to let neal know I'm for sure going since he's been so busy. I was going to send him a text letting him know I was going out but decided against it, I mean honestly I don't even know what it is he's doing either. I try not to think about it to much.
while sadie naps I take a quick shower and start to get ready as addie comes in my room
" hey girl you ready to get drunk??" she is bouncing so excited I just laugh at her
" as I'll ever be I guess"
I say looking her over she's wearing a tight red dress that hardly covers her and big heels. she looks hot! I wish I had her confidence. I'm still not sure what I'm wearing.
she smiles at me as I finish with my hair
" okay don't be mad but I have something you have to wear!" she says clapping her hands together
I shake my head
" this can't be good"
she rolls her eyes " just because you are a mom doesn't mean you can't look hot piper ann!"
this makes me roll my eyes. I follow her back into my room where I see a beautiful black dress laying on my bed. it looks a little small for my taste. well I'm not sure what my taste is any more. I remove my towel and put on the dress it goes a few inches above my knees and has a slit on the side with small sleeves and it opens up with lace around my breast and the back is lace. I smooth it out shaking my head. Ryan would've killed me if I tried to leave the house like this.
" addie I'm not sure about this" I say looking it over in the mirror
" ugh! you are wearing it you look sexy as fuck."
she shoves some red heels into my hands
" here put these on the Uber will be here soon"
I put on the shoes and look myself over one more time. I'm not completely happy with the person I see but only because I don't know what neal will say about this when he finds out and I'm not sure I want to know.
I shake the thoughts from my head and spray some perfume on before grabbing my bag and heading downstairs.
mama smiles at me
" baby you look stunning"
I look down
" thank you mama."
I hug her tight
" there's spaghetti in the fridge and please call if you need anything!" I tell her and she nods
" I know the drill girl I raised you you know"
I chuckle
" okay let me get a picture of the two of you"
addie and I stand together smiling as she does and I'm sure addie will post it so at some point neal will see this because he's now following me on social media.
I go over the things with mama one more time before kissing her and thanking her and we get into the Uber. addie is bouncing around excited and I can't keep the smile from my face. maybe tonight will be fun.

these two days have been hell. not only having to be away from my girls but trying to get all this paperwork back in order I've been so exhausted. on top of that I had to interview guys for the bouncer position. blade snack and I agreed on one guy and we've been keeping an eye on him at night making sure he's actually doing his job. my club is supposed to be fun I don't want people getting hurt in here just because some drunk ass hole picks a fight.
I finally got the paperwork done and look at the clock as blade and snack make their way in.
" so what are the plans for the night boss?"
blade asks
I shrug
" just finished here. figure we will make sure he's doing his job then I'm headed out. I've gotta get home to my girls."
snake laughs and I glare at him.
it's already getting late and I'm sure the evening crowd will be here soon. I search my desk for my phone and finally found it. hm no messages from Piper lately other than letting me know sadie picked out all her school supplies.
neal- hey gorgeous. just finished up my paperwork. gonna watch the new guy for a few before I head back home.
hopefully she understands when I say home I mean straight to her.
it takes a few minutes and me and the boys fix is a drink in the bar I have in my office just chatting while blade watches the crowd from the glass wall in my office. I can see them but they can't see me. my phone chimes and I instantly pick it up
piper- that's good news. addie and I are having our girls night.
I let out a sigh. I told her I'd watch sadie for her. I hope she isn't mad I wasn't able to.
neal-I'm sorry I've been busy. I'll make it up to you have fun.
she doesn't reply so I set my phone down and me and the guys play around of cards while drinking and smoking trying to pass the time

it feels good to just relax and not be stressing over paperwork.
after a couple rounds of cards snake goes back to the glass to check it out.
" uh boss?" he says and I look up
" yeah?"
" you might want to come check this out" he says not looking away from the view.
I get up and make my way and instantly I see my girl and her friend dancing and laughing.
fuck me she looks sexy as hell in that dress! I can't take my eyes off of her and the way her body is moving isn't doing my body any favors.
I notice a lot of guys are looking her way and she of course doesn't seem to notice.

he says rubbing his arm.

we've been at the club for about an hour and it isn't so bad. I mean there's so many people but the vibe is good and no one is acting stupid. everyone is just enjoying themselves so I relax a little. we've had a couple drinks and addie pulls me to the dance floor with everyone else.
we're dancing together and laughing over the music it feels so good to just be free!
suddenly addies eyes go wide and she stops dancing and I look at her confused.

I'm so happy I finally got piper to come out. even before she had sadie she couldn't because Ryan would act an ass.
we're dancing having a good time until I see neal coming up behind her. oh s**t this might not be good I think to myself. he lifts his finger telling me not to say anything and I'm frozen with Piper looking at me confused

addie is standing there looking like she's seen a ghost and I have no idea what's wrong. then I feel two strong hands make there way to my hips
" are you trying to kill me?" he whispers in my ear loud enough for me to hear.

I look at addie for help as I slowly turn around to face him. he his hands never leave my hips. and when I look at him he's smirking down at me
" uh I had no idea you'd be here"
I stutter out and be laughs and leans back in

" oh yeah" is all I can think to say. waiting for him to say something about how I'm dressed out pull me out of here.

I start dancing again and so does addie. I notice she's now dancing with snake. that might be Trouble I think to myself but continue moving my body against neals as his strong hands hold on to my hips.

I saw the fear in both there eyes when they saw me but I just need to feel her body again nine before I let her continue with her night.

" wait what? she gets to stay?!" she asks looking shocked and I chuckle and kiss pipers lips
" absolutely I got what I needed to hold me over"
making piper blush again and snake and addie start laughing.
" I'll send you the guys picture and name y'all have fun" I kiss her one more time before snake and I make our exit.
