Oluwadarasimi, sweetheart, stand up you will be late for work‟. James tries to wake his wife

up in bed. „Are you set for the interview‟? Dara ask her husband reluctantly, with her eyes

partly opened. „Yes dear I just trust God that this will yield positively replied James.‟ „Let put

our trust in him then‟. Dara said to her husband and she gave him an encouragement look.

„Bye sweetheart, come home with good news‟. Darasimi said as James leave for the

interview. Darasimi start recollecting the dream she had immediately James left. „This

dreams again, it has ruin this again as it had done to the previous. He will not get this job,

Lord have mercy on me, don‟t let this happen again just put an end to it”.

Darasimi said amidst of tears, she prayed and later left for work.

DARASIMI AT WORK

„You will go home bear footed today‟. Kate teased Darasimi as she walks lifelessly into the

office towards her sit. “Is it because of your new pair of shoe that you are counting your steps

like a new wedded bride? What I‟m concern about is that I will have the shoes to myself”.

Kate said, but Darasimi didn‟t give any response as she sat down on her chair with a

frowning face. Kate notices Dara coldness, so she moved close to her to find out what was

might be going wrong with her. Darasimi made known the apple of discord to her friend who

she have been discussing everything going on in her life with „That dream again‟. Dara tear

out and she patted her to calm her nerves.

„James went for interview this morning‟ Dara manage to say in the mist of tears. „I‟m bad

luck to him, ever since we got married his life has been miserable, am feeling guilty I brought

this calamity on him. He fasted, pray, study the word of God hoping one day his prayer will

be answer. Kate I‟m the hindrance to his prayer‟. Dara continues to lament.

„You are not; the devils just want to make your life miserable through this marriage.

Oluwadarasimi but did you refuse to open up to your husband? It better for you to do like I

use to advice; so you both should pray and conquer this battle together‟.

„Kate how did you expect me to tell him? How can I look at him and tell him to his face that

am the one that brings all this havoc into his…..‟

„That is where you are getting it wrong he is your husband‟. Kate was interrupted by James

call to Darasimi. „Hello dear, how does it go?‟ „It went well; you are also at the office right‟?

"Yes dear" Darasimi answered

We were told, to be called later‟. „Hmmmm‟, Dara sighs. „What‟s wrong dear? You sound

cold, I hope all is well‟

„Yes everything is fine‟ she tries to sound lively.

„Okay dear see you at home, take care of yourself, I love you‟. I love you more‟ James

respond.

„Dara how does he says it went‟? Kate asked „He said they are told that they will be called

later‟. She explained to her „You need to tell your husband about this, because this battle you

can‟t fight it alone, there is power in unity. Moreover it also affecting your husband which

means your marriage is involves. If you should tell him now you both will pray fervently and

conquer that demon‟.

„Kate thanks so much, I will do something concerning that”. Darasimi said assuring Kate to

heed to her advice.

“It should be as soon as possible, because the earlier the better” Kate said.

The two resume to work.

Immediately James ends call with his wife, he called his friend.

"Hello Bro. Paul, how are you‟?

"Am fine, and how was the interview you went for‟? Paul asked.

"I just left there now, can meet at the mountain on Thursday by 9:00am concerning the prayer

we discussed‟.
