Jason's POV
After June left, I went back to my room to take a nap but the image of the girl I saw at the beach kept replaying in my head.
Why the hell can't I get her out of my head? I picked up my phone and called one of the detectives
"Goodday Mr Jason" he greeted
"Yeah. Have you been able to find anything about that girl?"
"No sir. It's kind of difficult because we know nothing about her. You only described her to us and we're not even sure if the drawing is accurate"
"Please try your best, I really want to know who she is"
"We will try our best sir"
"Thank you" I said and ended the call
I guess I will start going to the beach frequently from now on. Who knows? I might just be fortunate enough to see her again
Unknown POV
I stared at the equipment I will be using for war and smiled satisfactorily. I have thousands of soldiers with really strong tools for war and I'm going to be fighting with a 17 year old girl and hundreds of soldiers.
You can see that you don't need to be told who will win the battle. I can't wait to become the king of Mariana Kingdom.
"Warriors of Caldor Kingdom, listen and listen good! In a month's time, we will be leaving this walls to conquer our sworn enemy"
"Yayyy!!!!!!" the soldiers screamed and I waited for the noise to die down
"From this moment forward, you have to train hard and give your all to this fight. Remember it is going to be the survival of tye fittest. Only the brave and strong will come out alive. Men of Caldor Kingdom!!!"
"We are always ready for war!!!!" they chorused and continued their training
I'm going to destroy that kingdom after which I will make Clara my s*x slave. She's definitely going to be a virgin considering how young she is with a huge responsibility on her shoulders.

Clara's POV
I woke up from the nightmare I just had. If not for who I am, I would have screamed my lungs out because that's the scariest dream I've ever had.
Who the hell was that man and why was he chasing me in my dream? Mom already warned me to always take my dreams serious but I don't even understand the one I just had now.
In the dream, I was running with one boy but the boy isn't a vampire. I think he's human. A man dressed in black all through was chasing both of us. He had almost caught up with us when I suddenly woke up.
I'm not one to run from anything or anyone except if it's something I can't handle and I've never for once come across anyone stronger than I am because I'm the most powerful vampire.
Does this mean there is someone more powerful than I am out there? If there is, is he a vampire, werewolve, human or what?
I sighed tiredly and got up from my bed because I know I won't be able to sleep anymore after that nightmare.
What should I do with the little time I have left before morning? Maybe I should go through the petitions. I went to my study room and started working!
*Morning*
Seeing it was morning already, I left my study and went to my bathroom to take my bath even before the maids came.
I have to sharpen my fighting skills before we go for the war because it's been a while we fought. Although, I train daily but I still need to put in my best because I'm going to be leading the war.
In the vampire kingdom, the king or queen must be the one to lead the warriors to battle so they can look up to him or her. I've led the warriors to many battles and we've never lost a fight before. I just hope it remains the same this time around.
After wearing my clothes, I proceeded to the meeting room.
"Are you skipping breakfast Your Majesty?" one of my maids asked
"Yes. I have more important things to do"
"Greetings Your Highness" the members of the council stood up with a bow immediately I got in
"Yeah. Let's get down to business" I said sitting down "What do we have today?"
"Well.... We all know Richards kingdom are going to wage war against us soon but there's another kingdom also planning to fight us"
"Which kingdom is that?" I asked calmly
"Uhhm..... It's Thomas and his men. I also heard a rumour that his daughter will be leading the battle"
"When are they planning to wage war?"
"We don't know Your Majesty but it's going to be a surprise attack, probably at night"
"Okay then. After we finish the war with Richard, we're going to rest for two days after which we will start staying up at night ready for war at anytime until June and her men show up"
"Yes Your Highness"
"Good. Dismissed!"
I don't have anything to do today so I think I should go to the earth. Where should I go on earth?
Hmm..... The beach? What if I come across that guy again? No, I don't think going to the beach is a good idea.
Uhhm.... Maybe I should just go to the park. Yes, I will go to the park instead.
Jason's POV
I sighed for the umpteenth time. Why can't I focus on anything? I just get frustrated at every little thing.
I closed the book and walked out of my office. I think I need to cool my nerves somewhere, but where will that be?
The beach! Yes, that's it. No, I don't feel like going to the beach. Something tells me to go to the park instead but how will I go to the park when I'm the only one?
I got into my car and drove to the park. Who knows? There might be something for me there.
After minutes of driving, I finally arrived there. Wow! It looks lively and beautiful! No wonder why my subconscious wanted me to come here.
I found a place to sit and watched the beautiful scene before me. Children running around, playing different kind of games and teenagers having the best time of their lives. It's indeed the best view!
I was lost watching the people around when suddenly, I felt a presence around me. I looked around and was almost giving up when I saw the long dark hair. It can't be a coincidence, can it?
Long dark hair and spotless skin. I haven't seen her face yet but I know she's the one and I will make sure I get to her this time around. I have to know who she really is.
I walked slowly and carefully to where she was seated and took a sit beside her.
"Isn't the view beautiful?" I asked making her head snap up to me. She didn't really look surprised though, like she knew I was here.
"Don't you talk?" I asked after waiting for few minutes without hearing a word from her
"How did you disappear the first day we met?" I asked again but I got no answer
"It's fine if you don't want to talk to me. Can you at least tell me your name and where you live?" I asked hoping she would answer but no response came
"Please..... Just tell me your name" I pleaded desperately
"Clara! Clara!! Clara!!!" a voice said in my head repeatedly
Clara? Is that her name? But if that's her name, why am I hearing it in my head? Am I going insane? Maybe I should try calling her that first
"Clara?" I called in a question like manner and she turned to face me with shock written all over her face. Looks like I finally got her.
