The school bell rang signifying that it was the end of the day. Thank goodness for that, what an awful day it had been.
During tutor time Miss Galeski had embarrassed me in front of the whole class.
In Maths I accidentally stood on Mr Fishling's foot, which resulted in me copying out sorry lines on a piece of paper repetitively.
At Lunch time I walked into a pole and hurt my tooth (I won't be telling my brother about that one.)
And finally last lesson in Science I knocked down the experiment with my two bare hands.
What a disastrous day!
At least I'm hanging out with Sam this evening, I wonder what we'll get up too!
I met Sam outside in his car, he seemed in a very good mood. I noticed he was still in his turquoise scrubs. I guess he didn't have time to get changed...
"Hey bud, how was school?"
"Pretty crap really Sam. I'm glad I'm spending the evening with you! So, where're we heading?"
"Well, I thought we'd go out for a meal tonight, if that's okay with you?"
"Hell yeah! Thanks Sam! You're the best!"
"No problem bud, but first i've got somewhere else to take you!"
Samuel began to drive off down the street, I had no idea where he was taking me, but I could rely on him to make wherever we were going the funnest time ever! We didn't speak throughout the car journey, yet Sam had his favourite music playing~ "Panic! At The Disco". This meant I had time to ponder, which I did a lot in my spare time.
After around 10 minutes driving, Sam pulled up in a parking spot and I zoned out of my 'ponder mode.'
"I'm putting this blindfold on you Billy, don't worry though."
The blindfold made contact with my eyes until I could no longer so a thing!
I placed the blindfold over Billy's eyes so he could no longer so a thing. Little did he know we were actually at my dental office and I was about to give him a checkup. I didn't want him to freak out or put up a fight so I thought i'd just give him a surprise. Not a nice surprise but that's why I was taking him out for a meal later, to make up for what I was about to put him through. This wasn't going to be an easy process...
"Sam, where the heck are we?"
I decided to just ignore him, I went round to his side of the car and swung him over my shoulder to carry him inside.
I was swung over my brother's shoulder, blindfolded. Things seemed a bit suspicious around here. He didn't talk to me and all was quiet until I heard the sound of the automatic doors.
I pulled off my blindfold and realised where I was.
At the dentist.
"SAM LET ME GO!"
I began to kick and scream until Sam ran into a large room and locked the door. He plonked me down on the dental chair and took a seat on a small, movable stool.
I hopped out of the chair and began attempting to bash down the locked door. My brother grabbed me into his strong, warm arms as tears began to trickle down my face.
"Hey, come on Billy, just calm down okay.
"Sam... I trusted you... Why would you bring me here?"
"It's just a simple checkup Billy, you're meant to have one every six months, and according to your records, you haven't visited the dentist in 3 years. Lucky for you, your brother gets to check your teeth and not a complete stranger, so surely you should feel privileged."
"I don't feel privileged at all Sam. I hate the dentist and I hate you for bringing me here, so let me go you i***t!"
I broke free from my brother's arms and hid behind the dental chair.
~Sam's POV~
Billy's words were so strong, they hurt me deep inside. I understood he was angry, but that was uncalled for. He wasn't leaving this room without a checkup, so it was time to bring out the big guns...
~Billy's POV~
I watched my brother stand up and open up a a cupboard. He pulled out these things, which looked like straps. Would he really do this to me?
"Right Billy, you're not leaving until i've given you a checkup and a cleaning. So you can either have it done without force or with force. It's your choice."
I glared at my brother sternly.
"You can't force me Sam."
He smirked.
"You wanna bet?"
Sam raced after me, I dived onto the floor kicking and screaming, curling and squirming. He grabbed me with a tight grip and lifted me up onto the chair, holding my arms and legs down on to the chair. The tears were rushing down my face now. His grip was so tight, it hurt! I tried kicking him away from me but it was no use!
"NOOO SAM! GET OFF! PLEASE!"
"Billy, you just need to calm down. You're having this checkup whether you like it or not, and it'll be done for another six months. I'm going to strap you down so there's not fuss okay? It's for your own good Billy."
I was strapped down onto the chair by my arms, legs and torso. All I could move was my head. As if my own brother would betray me like this!
"Next question Billy. Are you gonna willingly open up your mouth for me?"
I shook my head no, but I believe that was the worst thing to do.
"Suit yourself" he sighed.
Sam pulled out another strap and strapped down my forehead, now I was unable to move my head. It was like a torture chamber!
"THIS IS SO UNFAIR!" I screamed!
I watched my brother snap on a pair of gloves and place a mask over his face. I couldn't even recognise my big brother anymore. The tears were still gently rolling down my rosy cheeks. He then took the large mirror above my head and faced it towards my mouth. I noticed him pick up a device...
"Okay Billy, this is a mouth prop, it'll keep your mouth open for me. I'm just going to pop it in and..."
I interrupted him. "No Sam, please I don't want that in, i'll open my mouth for you, I promise"
Sam looked at me with a surprised gesture!
