Charleigh is the mysterious and exotic new teacher at Ocean View Pack, invited personally to join by the Alpha, though no one knows why or where she came from.

Devon is in his senior year, ready to graduate so he can start learning to take over as Alpha. He has everything he could want; looks, money, a glamorous girlfriend. He’s naive about to think he has it all, until his new teacher fails one of his assignments he needs to graduate.

Though annoyed, he can’t help but feel attracted to his young new teacher, but she won’t open up to him at all. When she finally does start to open up a little, Devon’s girlfriend reports her for being inappropriate with a student and Charleigh and Devon are caught in a scandal.

Instead of having her back, Devon throws Charleigh under the bus to save his own image and relationship. On her last day at the school, just days after Devon turned 18, Devon comes to apologize only to find out that she was his mate.

She rejects him and leaves, leaving him swimming in regrets for years to come.

When she shows back up in town as a new widow 10 years later, not having aged a day, how will Devon react when he sees her again? He’s about to marry his chosen mate, but with Charleigh back, that changes everything.
