"Jesi, if I manage to make you love me, will you accept whatever my flaws are?" "What? You said flaws?" "Yes, my flaws." Jesi looked at Harvey's appearance from head to toe. "Perfect," she said softly. "What did you say?" "A-ah, no! I didn't say anything." "You haven't answered my question." "W-why are you asking me that? By the way, why are you standing over me like this? That position of yours makes me uncomfortable at all." Jesi turned her face to the side. Her cheeks flushed. "Really?" "Of course." Jesi started to get nervous. "How about like this?" Harvey moved his body closer. "aaaa! What are you going to do?" "Jesi, have you forgotten that we're already husband and wife?" "What?" "I want to do it. I love you." "B-but?" Harvey kissed Jesi on the lips and hugged her. "Har-Hervey? T-this?" "I love you, and I don't want any wolf or man trying to get close to you." "Wolf? What do you mean by wolf?" "Hmm, I mean the domesticated animals that are biting people nowadays." "Does that exist?" "Of course it does. So, I want to have you completely. So, please accept me." Harvey continued fingering Jesi's body. "Ha-Harvey, st-stop! Something seems to be wrong with us." "What's wrong? Isn't this normal for a husband and wife to do?" "It is, but...?" "But, why?" "But am I the one who's been taken for a fool? How did something like this not occur to me before? Why did I only think of my own safety?" Jesi muttered to herself. "Jesi, are you enjoying it?" Jesi's mind was in turmoil. "Honey, did you hear me?" "Ah, y-yes, aaaa!" "Hang in there; it's going to be a while!" *** The next day, Jesi prepared breakfast for Harvey in the kitchen. "Good morning, breakfast is ready!" Jesi greeted Harvey, who had just woken up, and walked over to her. "You prepared all this for me?" "Of course, I hope you like it. I haven't cooked in a while; I hope the flavors aren't too ruined." "No, it's already wonderful that you did all this for me. Thank you." "I also thank you for... um, un-for...?" "For what?" "For last night." Jesi blushed. She bit her lower lip a little. "Did you like it?" Jesi nodded in response to Harvey's intriguing question. "Come on, let's do it again!" Harvey pulled Jesi's hand away. "I can't! You have to go to the office! It's already noon!" Jesi let go of Harvey's hand. "That's right! Alright, I'll go to work for a while. Wait for me to come home, my beautiful wife! Muach!" "Be careful on the road! I'll be waiting for you at the apartment." Jesi waved goodbye as Harvey left the apartment. "Am I starting to fall in love with Harvey? That night, he was so good at it that it made me enjoy myself. He was so good at taking my heart," Jesi said softly while blushing. "Ah, what was I thinking? But why didn't he eat my cooking? During our stay together, I never saw Harvey eat rice or vegetables. Snacking on snacks, I never saw him either. In fact, for all the snacks I bought, he never even glanced at them. Is my cooking bad?" Jesi tasted all the dishes. "It's delicious! But why didn't Harvey eat them? It's impossible if he never eats." Jesi swept her teeth with her tongue. "There seems to be something wrong with my teeth." Jesi walked to the mirror and opened her mouth. "Why do I suddenly have fang teeth?" Jesi looked at the vase, which was swaying, and almost fell over. Reflexively, Jesi shouted, "Watch out!" Jesi held out her hand. "Why didn't the vase fall? Did I control it with my hand? Ah, maybe it was a coincidence." Jesi walked over and laid down on the bed. "My mind is troubled by what I did by chance earlier. Do I have to repeat it to convince myself that I'm a magician?" Hahahaa .... Alright, I'll move the glass and bring it here, but why would I want to do something stupid that would waste my time? But, that's okay, I'm going to do it anyway." Jesi reached out and pointed at a glass with her index finger. Jesi's eyes widened in disbelief at what she was doing. "No way! The glass flew." "Pyaarrr...!" The glass shattered after Jesi pulled her hand away. The long-haired beauty looked at her fingers. "What happened to me? So, what I did wasn't a coincidence?" The power that suddenly existed inside me, plus the fangs that suddenly appeared? I don't understand at all." *** In the middle of the night, at exactly 00.01 in the apartment room, Jesi woke up from sleep. She felt the right side of the bed. Feeling something unusual, she opened her eyes. "Where's Harvey?" Jesi threw off the covers and got up. "Didn't Harvey go to bed earlier? Where did he go? Did he suddenly go to the company? If that were true, he would have woken me up. Where did he go?" Jesi slowly walked through the apartment. "This room? Since I've lived here, I've never opened it. Yes, that's because Harvey forbade me to open this room. I wanted to sweep it once in a while. Eh, wait! Is there a voice inside? Is that Harvey's voice? What is he doing in this room?" Jesi pressed her earlobe against the door. Her hands were shaking as she watched the sound closely. "That voice? That sounded like... But, how is that possible?" Jesi held the doorknob. "It's not locked? Should I force my way inside? But what if Harvey gets mad at me later? What should I do? His voice sounded clearer and clearer, making me even more curious. I'm Harvey's wife, and this apartment is mine, so I should know everything that goes on in this apartment that is like my own home." Jesi slowly opened the door. "It's dark. Where's the switch?" Jesi's hand felt the wall, trying to find the switch. "There are two red lights like animal eyes, but how could an animal get into this apartment? Ah, maybe Harvey secretly has pets." "Why are you disturbing my delicious dinner, darling?" Harvey's voice was heard in the dark room. "That voice? Harvey? Is that you? Harvey? Why is this room so dark? I can't even see if you're here!" "Do you have the guts to open this room? I've told you never to open it." "So-sorry, dear! I was just looking for you, and then I heard a voice from inside this room." "Then?" "T-then I- I was curious, and I accidentally saw that the door of this room was unlocked. B-but, dear? Why has your voice turned hoarse? What happened to you? Are you okay? And what are those two red dot-like lights?" "It turns out your curiosity is great too." Jesi's hand continued to feel the wall. "Never mind; don't try to find something that isn't here. I deliberately didn't light this room." "Why?" "Maybe now is the time for you to know everything." "What do you mean?" "Jesi, I'm actually..." Harvey walked over to Jesi. Jesi's eyes widened when she saw Harvey's mouth covered in blood. "Ha-Harvey? Why is your mouth full of blood?"
