stepping out from the crowded hall, Oliver and Mike right behind me, every other person is inside the hall. the compound is almost empty outside but for the loud music reaching out here. then I perceived it. I inhaled the her scent, the best combination of strawberry and vanilla
So this is it. why didn't I suspect it all these while when Hunter had been restless. it was not until I step outside the hall that the reason behind Hunter's behavior finally hit me. I finally understood why Hunter has been in a different mood. He was anxious about something, yet excited.
I was loosing control, the excitement within me was getting too much. After many decades, I can finally smell her.
