‘So what do you want to do today, Callie?’ El asked sleepily. She stretched and yawned, still feeling the effects of jet lag although they’d been in England for several days. El had asked the same question every morning, waiting for Callie to suggest a visit to Arundel Castle — but she never did. They’d attended the opening of the conference, along with their father and Veronica, but after sitting through a morning of more or less unintelligible papers, and being subjected to a barrage of questions over their experiences in Camelot during the lunch break, Callie had fled and had refused to go back.
