CHAPTER 8: WITH THE BOYS

Gino's POV

Maaga kaming nagsara ngayon sa Café dahil wala naman ng mga tao. 6 pm pa lang kaya nagpasya na muna akong umuwi at makapag-shower man lang, at bago umalis mamaya kasama ang mga kaibigan ni Haeron.

"Lim, Haeron, maayos na ba ang lahat?" tinanong ko na sila para makaalis na.

"Ah! Yes po sir Gino," sagot naman ni Lim.

"You can go first, I'll fix the coffee maker first. Looks like there's a bit of a problem," Haeron said.

"Huh? Anong nangyari? Nasira ba?," tanong ko.

"Nope, I can handle this," he answered.

"Ok, kung gano'n mauna na kami ni Lim. You have the key, don't you?" I asked.

"Yes," he replied.

Umalis na kami ni Lim at naiwan si Haeron mag-isa sa Café. Medyo nakakapagod ngayong araw at tamang tama lang na maglibang kahit papaano.

"Sir Gino? Are you ok? You look really tired," Lim asked worried.

"Ah! No, it's just.. uhm, I don't really like the weather today," I answered.

"Hmm, it looks like it will rain later," Lim said.

"Looks like you’re right, don’t forget to bring an umbrella later," I reminded her.

"Yes thank you, Sir," Lim responded.

"Ah sir, dito na po ako," she added.

"Hmm? O-ok, take care!" I said.

"See you later sir!" Lim said and smiled.

I smiled back and proceeded well towards my house. Gusto ko din kasi makapagpahinga muna kahit sandali lang. Maya't maya pa ay nakarating na ako sa bahay. Tulad ng kinagawian, sinalubong ako ni Churos sa may pintuan at mukhang tuwang-tuwa sa pagdating ko. Nagshower ako kaagad, ang usapan kasi 7:30 ng gabi. Ngayon ay 6:15 pa lang, magse-set na lang ako ng alarm before 7 at baka makaidlip pa ako. Gusto ko din makilala ang mga kaibigan ni Haeron, lalo na siya. Kaya aalamin ko ang tungkol sa kaniya sa mga kaibigan niya.

Pagtapos ko mag-shower ay itinakip ko na ang towel ko sa may parteng ibaba ko at nagtungo na sa taas. Pagpasok sa kwarto ay inasikaso ko na ang susuutin ko mamaya. Nagsuot lang muna ako pansamantala ng plain white t-shirt. Bumaba na ako at pinakain si Churos, mukhang gagabihin ako ng uwi mamaya

6:45 na ngayon, hindi na lang siguro ako iidlip. Nagbihis na ako, naka brown na short lang ako at naka white long sleeves na may tatak na peach figure sa gitna. Nagpabango na ako at inayos ang buhok ko. 7:05 na ngayon kaya umalis na ako sa bahay.

Sa MC Bar kami magkikita-kita, mga 10 minutes lang ang layo mula sa Café. Binilisan ko na at sumakay na ng cab. Nag-message na rin ako kay Haeron at Lim na papunta na ako. Oo nga pala, ano na kayang nangyari kay Haeron? Naayos kaya niya 'yung coffee maker? Nako, kailangan na sigurong bumili ng bago.

7:20 na ako nakarating dito sa Bar, na-traffic pa kasi ako kanina. Tiningnan ko na ang palibot ng Bar at mukhang wala pa 'yung dalawa.

"Gin,"

May tumawag sa akin mula sa likuran ko at nakita ko namang si Haeron iyon.

"Oh! Haeron, kasama mo na ba si Lim?" tanong ko.

"Yes, they're already inside," he said.

Huh? Ang bilis naman ata nila? 7:20 pa lang ah, mukhang mabilis pala ang mga ito pagdating sa inuman. Hayss, pero pati rin talaga si Lim?

"Am I late?" I asked.

"Kinda, I forgot to tell you that the meeting time is at 7,” he said.

"Huh?! Why didn't you tell me?" I said.

"Sorry," he said then smiled.

Is he teasing me? Ako na lang pala ang hinihintay, nako naman! Nakakahiya kaya kapag ikaw na lang mag-isa ang wala, tapos biglang kang dadating sa harapan nila. Hayyst kahit kailan talaga 'to si Haeron!

Pumasok na kami sa loob at nakita ko naman si Lim doon kasama si Niel. Paano sila agad naging gano'n ka-close?

"Sir Gino!," tinawag ako ni Lim at kumaway pa sa akin.

Nginitian ko naman siya at pumunta na sa kanila. May nakita akong dalawang lalaki na kasama nila at hindi ko kilala. Ngayon ko lang napansin na si Lim lang pala ang babae sa amin.

"Oh, you're finally here," Niel welcomed us.

"Who is he?" the man beside Niel asked. He looks friendly and at the same time, hot. Wait, that's not the reason why I'm here right? Argh Haeron! stop your bullsh*t thinking already!

"Oh, he's Gino. The owner of the Café where Haeron works," Niel introduced me.

"Oh? so he's the one that Haeron's talking about... oh! nevermind," he stopped in the middle of what he was going to say.

"He looks young, below 26 I guess?" the other guy said.

"What? I'm even older than that," I defended myself.

"Really? So, how old are you?" the other guy asked.

"I'm 28," I said.

"You're 28?" Haeron suddenly asked.

Oh, hindi ko nga pala nasabi sa kaniya ang edad ko, malamang ay nagulat siya nang malaman niyang mas matanda ako sa kaniya. Kaya naman kung itrato niya ako eh, parang ako ang mas nakakabata. Tch!

"Ok, that's enough guys. Here's our drinks, let's enjoy!" Niel appeared.

Doctor ba talaga siya? Bakit siya pa ang nangunguna sa inuman?

"We forgot to introduce ourselves. My name is Zyron and this guy beside me is Kyle," the hot guy said.

"Oh, nice meeting you," I responded.

"So Gino, do you have a girlfriend? Or do you prefer guys?" Zyron asked.

Nagulat ako nang tanungin niya ako ng gano'n at hindi ako makaisip ng isasagot ko.

"Zyron, stop," biglang nagsalita si Haeron

Napansin ko din na interisado si Lim sa sagot ko, samantalang si Haeron naman ay lumalakas na ang aura sa tabi ko kaya nagsalita na ako agad.

"I'm single," sabi ko saka nginitian si Zyron.

Nakita ko naman na nasamid si Lim sa iniinom niyang beer. Pagkalingon ko kay Haeron ay kumalma na ito at sabay ininom na ang beer niya.

Napangiti si Zyron at tumahimik na. Si Kyle naman ay walang pakialam at todo inom lang sa gilid na parang may sarili siyang mundo. Ito namang doktor na 'to ay mukhang lasing na at marami na ang nainom. Ano ba naman 'tong grupong 'to, mga weirdo!

Hindi ko alam kung makakainom ba ako ng maayos dito eh, pero susulitin ko na 'to dahil ngayon na lang ulit ako nakapunta sa Bar. Nagsimula na rin akong uminom hanggang sa gusto ko, samantalang si Lim ay nakapatong na ang ulo sa lamesa. Hindi na rin ako nagpatalo at uminom na nang uminom.

"Hah! isang r~round p-pa!" sigaw ko sabay pinagulong-gulong ang mga walang laman na bote.

"Sir! hi~ndi ganiyan," sabi sa'kin ni Lim.

Pinagpatong-patong niya ang mga bote at iniingatang huwag itong matumba.

"Gino, tama na," sabi ni Haeron habang hinahawakan ang mga kamay ko.

"Sag~lit, wag kang magulo! mamaya ta-tayo mag-usap ok?" sabi ko at inom ulit.

Haeron's POV

Gino is obviously drunk but he still doesn't stop drinking. Even Lim had fallen down, I didn't know that they couldn't stop their drunkenness. But in what Gino is showing now, he's cute when he's drunk. I could see his ears were already red as well as his cheeks. It's also funny how he acts when he's so drunk. He looked young while playing the empty bottles and glasses. His shirts are also messy so I approached him and fixed it. His shoulder and collar bone can already be seen. I pulled him close to me so he wouldn't fall off his seat.

"Does he already know you like him?" Kyle suddenly said.

My face became serious when he asked then I faced him.

“Yeah, I already confessed to him," I answered.

"Then what did he say?" he asked again.

“That I was just making up a story and he didn’t take me seriously to admit it," I replied.

"What are you going to do now?" he's curious.

"For now, I will continue to work under him and I will try to be close to him until he starts to trust me. And I just slowed everything down until he also fell in love with me," I explained.

"I see," Kyle responded then drank his beer.

I also drank my beer and I feel like I'm a little drunk. I don’t know but I want to forget all the embarrassment that happened to me. I really like him so I will do everything to get him. But for now I will first let him think about how he really feels for me. Even if he doesn't want to, I'll wait again and start from the beginning as long as he likes me too. I didn't notice that I drank a lot of alcohol because of my thoughts about Gino. I feel like I can fall asleep with the weight of my head. I got up and walked to the bathroom. When I entered there, I immediately wet my face with water and tried not to sleep. I checked my watch and it was 12:15 in the morning. I went back and went to them to decide to go home because it was a bit late.

"Kyle, tell Zyron and Niel we're leaving. It's too late so it's good that we're home," I told to Kyle.

"That's what's on my mind," Kyle said.

"Zyron get up there, we're leaving," Kyle woke Zyron as he tapped him.

"Already?" Zyron asked.

"Yeah, so get up already!" Kyle said.

"Niel, you too. Get up there and wake Lim up," I said to Niel.

"Hngh~ wait a moment..," he replied.

"Gino? Can you stand?" I asked Gino.

"Ye~yeah, home, I want to go hom- *blurgggh!*" he said and suddenly vomited in my clothes.

"Yes, ok. Let's go," I replied.

"Haeron, where does Lim live? I will be the one to deliver her home with these two," Kyle said.

"I have her address," I replied and gave him Lim's address.

"Take good care of them, especially Lim," I added.

"Yeah, you too. Be safe with Gino," Kyle replied.

I first delivered Gino to my car then I helped Kyle deliver the three to his car. Then I waited for them to leave before we did. I got in my car and adjusted Gino's seat belt. I turned the car on and we left the Bar. Gino is asleep and I am also drowsy. I decided that in the Condo we would spend time because it was closer. But before that I asked Gino first.

"Gino, let's just spend the night in my place," I said.

"Hnghh~ ue-yeah," he replied.

I turned the car around the corner to my place.And soon we arrived right away. Gino woke up when the car stopped. I was the first to get out of the car before I went to him and opened his door. I helped him down, I grabbed his waist and placed his arm on my shoulder. He still couldn't stand so I had a hard time helping him walk. So I decided to just lift him from behind me. It was easier for us to get inside my house.

"Hae~ron.. bath...roo- ugh!" he looks like he's going to throw up.

"Oh okay, I'll take you there," I said.

"Hnghh~" he sounded.

I hurried to the bathroom because he might spread more. When we got there I dropped him off and accompanied him inside. He quickly went to the sink and vomited, he didn't stop so I stroked his back.

After a while I thought maybe he's ok now because he stopped. I thought of cleaning his body as well because he vomited on his clothes too.

I took off his clothes and wiped his body with a wet towel.

"Hunghh~"

He moans a little as the wet towel touches his skin. I looked at him then turned to his body. He won't know that I'm watching him because he's asleep. I stared at his body for a long time then I touched his chest, until my hand touched his pink n*****s.

"Hah!~"

He moaned again. His body is small and without much muscles in his arm. Just really like the woman.

I realized when I noticed that he had been naked for a long time. I thought he might get sick, so I hastened to wipe his body and then immediately wrapped him in a dry towel. I picked him up and laid him on my bed, I lent him my pajamas and put them on him.

I left him there first and went to the bathroom to wash up, because he also vomited on my clothes earlier.
