Taking off the accompanying robe for her night dress, she slid down one of the dress' straps, exposing her shoulder as well as some part of her cleavage. With a preparatory sigh, she joined him on the balcony. His eyes were closed with his arms folded across his chest as he lay on the long sofa used to design the balcony. She swallowed, having a rethink of what she came to because she knew how much he hated to be disturbed whenever he was asleep. He barely got just enough sleep whenever he had a big project going on in the company as he tried to perfect everything so the little time he got to sleep, he hated to be disturbed by anyone...but again, she was desperate, her body was on fire, her thoughts were clouded with crazy desires, she wanted him so bad that she was going to risk getting him annoyed. She went closer to him, admiring his general features as she stood there. His effortlessly handsome face, his thin lips, his dark hair which gave his face a unique look, and his well-built body, she loved that body. Standing next to him enough to build her confidence, she decided to sit over his thighs, getting her left leg over to him to do that. She was lightweight so she didn't wake him up when she did that but she intended to wake him up. She needed him to be awake to get what she wanted. Positioning her hips over him, she let her hands travel up his chest as she leaned in and gave him a peck on the lips. His eyes opened so suddenly that she jerked up on him, getting off him immediately. "What the hell is wrong with you, Adria?" "I'm sorry," she heard herself apologizing. "Can't I get some decent sleep?" "I'm sorry," she apologized again. He was about to walk out on her, he had had enough of her, he planned to use another room now to avoid her but Adria wouldn't let him leave. "Jacob, wait, don't go, I'm sorry," she went in front of him. "I've been such a bad girl, won't you punish me?" She thought of a new strategy. She saw his eyes go from her face to her body. He let his eyes stop when they got to her pointy n*****s poking out through her night dress. "Do whatever you want to me Jacob, anything you want." She bit her lips in expectation of his next action, she seemed to have gotten his attention with the night dress. "Don't move," She heard him say before walking past her and towards the wardrobe in the room which was next to the changing closet. She did as she was told, not moving an inch but letting her head turn to follow him with her eyes. She heard a metal clicking against another and her body got excited, she knew the sound of that. Jacob returned with a handcuff. Finally, he was going to give her what she wanted, he was going to f**k her senses out of her, she missed everything they used to do, the handcuffs, the n****e clippers, everything. He grabbed her by the arm and led her back to the balcony they just exited. She started to wonder what he had in mind. He held her right wrist and put it in one of the handcuff's rings, locking it while she watched. She got confused when he did that because she expected they would be doing it in the room, she thought he would be cuffing her to the head of the bed to f**k her. Passing the short chain of the cuff through one of the spaces dividing the rods on an antique vase there on the balcony, Jacob locked her second wrist in the handcuff. Adria still looked confused till she saw him get up to leave. "I planned to sleep on the balcony tonight but since you won't let me do that, maybe you should stay there while I use the bed. "What?" She asked, trying to get her hands free of the cuffs but it quickly occurred to her that he had the key. She didn't think he was serious with what he just said till she saw him keep the key beside his phone on the bedside table from where she sat on the floor on the balcony. She also saw him get in bed, he turned off the lamps also sitting on the tables beside the bed. It was then she realized that he meant what he said. ‘Did he really put me in a handcuff and go to sleep?’ She asked herself. "Jacob?" She started to call when a cold breeze swept the balcony. She shivered. ‘What was I thinking when I took off my night robe?’ She asked herself, regretting ever taking it off. She knew how cold it got during the night and she took off her warm night robe. She had expected that she would be in her husband's arms tonight and that there would be no need for her night robe but all of her attempts flopped and now she was sitting on the floor, her hands cuffed to a vase she couldn't move if she wanted to. "Jacob?" She called again. "Jacob, I can't stay here, it's so cold out here." She gritted her teeth as she told him. "Jaco..." She was about to call his name again when the lights in the room came on. She saw him go to the wardrobe like before. He came to the balcony with a blanket in his hands. He opened it and put it over her, covering all of her. "Here, now can you be quiet? I need some peaceful sleep if you don't mind." That was all she heard him say before he returned to bed, turning off the lights again. Adria just sat with her eyes open, staring into nothing. She started to think again, of how much her life would be easier if she had a family to tell about Jacob's new awful behaviors towards her. She had a family but she had chosen Jacob over them, her parents had warned her to stay away from him but she was so in love, he had gotten her so hinged that she didn't listen to her parents. She didn't even listen to her best friend when she advised her to think about her parents' disapproval of Jacob. She chose him over everybody that advised against him, and now she had no one to go to. Her parents had told her not to ever come to them if she later realized that she had chosen wrongly. Three years into her marriage with Jacob, it was all blissful, he was the best human being that existed in her world. He was so crazy about her like she was about him but he suddenly stopped caring, about her and about their relationship; about the promises he made to her to always keep her happy. He had developed this attitude of indifference for the past year and a half. After almost five years of being with him, she was beginning to regret not listening to her parents or anyone that really did care back then. She soon fell asleep.
