“Sir! Sir, your mommy said that you are not allowed to go out now! Sir, s-sir, wait!”
Unique didn’t stop from walking even though his bodyguard are stopping him. He’s bored in the house, why not go out?
He took his car key and called his friends. Hallison, Vin, and Reivo. He wanted to unwind after his father scold him earlier. He just did a prank on one of their mades and she cried and told his father about it.
“Sir, madam will get mad, please go back inside the house,” said the bodyguard.
Unique smiled and went inside his car. He started the engine and went out.
“Hello—
“Where are you, Vin?”
“Unique? Why? I am at home.”
“I just want to go out, are you guys busy? Is Vin busy? Let’s drink coffee,” he said.
He is Unique Lohan Reverizta He is 19 years old, an only child. He is studying at the Maria Cuezentine University. He is the heir of the Reverizta group of companies. He loves to bully people, He’s not the good kind of guy but at his school, women wanted him. Unique has a ‘unique’ way to introduce himself to everyone—and that is to welcome them with a terrible prank. He almost got jailed when he pranked his parents’ visitors.
At school he was suspended multiple times after he pranked his classmates, schoolmates and professors.
He doesn’t get along with some of his cousin because of his bad attitude. Everyone doesn’t want him to be in family gatherings because he always ruin the mood. But Unique doesn’t care, as long as he is free and he can do what he wants.
But in their family Detti was the only one who tried to understand him. Also, he has friends, Vin, Hallison and Reivo. He doesn’t need a huge circle of friends, his three friends are enough for him.
“I am free, just message me that time and place.”
When he heard that, Unique tell Vin the time and then the next one he called was Hallison but suddenly he stopped his car when a woman appeared and he almost hit her.
“Oh shit.”
“Unique?”
Unique stop his car but he didn’t bother to go out when he saw the woman was okay. Unique looked at the woman’s body to make sure and when he saw that she’s okay he started his car again and leave.
“Unique? Bro? what’s the problem? Why did you call?”
He place his cellphone on his ear when he heard Hallison’s voice.
“I am bored. Are you busy? Let’s meet, I already called Vin and he said that he’s free.”
“I am also free today, game. Can we go to Detti’s coffee shop, then? I wanted to go to her second branch; I’ve never been there, Unique. Why don’t we visit her?”
Unique made a face when he heard Hallison mentioned his cousin’s name. Well, Hallison has been courting his cousin for a year now.
“It’s your choice but I don’t know if Detti was there. She doesn’t go to her coffee shops that what I heard about her the last time,” he said.
“It’s okay, I just want to look at her second branch, just proud of her at a very young age she has two branch of D&D coffee shop.”
Unique made a face again; he will hear sweet words again from Hallison. He told him the time and then he ended the call. The last one he called was Reivo. He’s also free and agreed to meet at the D&D coffee shop. Unique messaged Vin that they will meet at the D&D.
When he was in the park Unique stopped his car and went outside. He remembered the park; he always goes here when he was a child. His mother will buy him his favourite chocolate ice cream, she will buy him balloons.
He treasures those memories.
“Do you want to continue like this, Unique? When will you going to be serious about life?”
He closed his hands and from it into fist when he remembered his father’s words. He scolded him again after the prank that he did to one of their maids.
“I don’t know what I will do with you, Unique. You are not young anymore to play games.”“Just let me do what I want with my life dad—“Let you ruin your life? Is that what you want, Unique? You want me to let you ruin your life? To let you just stay in the house to do those fckng pranks?”Unique turned his back but his father holds him on his shoulder.“I am still talking to you!”“H-Hon, don’t shout, I will talk to Unique, okay?” his mother said and took his hand and they went out of his father’s office.“He doesn’t like me because I am a failure,” he said.“No, sweetheart, you are not a failure, you are just—“Unique? Like what you always say? Mom, dad is having a hard time and I am also. We always fight, he wanted me to go to London to study but I don’t want to leave.”His mother nodded.“I understand, sweetheart, I understand…”
Unique was back from his senses when he heard a child’s cry. He look behind him and saw a girl was on down on her knees. He immediately went to the child and helps her to stand up.
“Shh, stop crying, don’t cry, you are a strong girl,” he said.
The child stopped crying and wiped her tears.
“Good girl, now go back to your playmates.”
When the child left, he looked at his wristwatch and saw the time; he didn’t notice that he was at the park looking at the children playing for almost an hour. When he looked at his cellphone he saw messages from his friends.
“Where are you? let’s have lunch first before going to the D&D. Hallison’s treat.”
It was Vin who sent the message.
Unique went to his car and replied back.
“Okay.”
