The two things I like about new york… is the weather and food. My mom and I lived here since I was four years old. My mom thought moving to California would be best for us after losing my dad due to cancer. I don't like living here in New York, but if I have to I will. I was always bullied in school due to my skin being darker than others. I was told to bleach my skin or commit suicide, but what really got me is when they would asked if I’ve been in the sun too long. Sometimes i would ignored the ignorance but it would just hits the living crap out of me.I told my mom about how the same individuals keep messing with me. she told me in this exact quote "Jah'sie, leave them caucasian people alone". I even told the racists principal Wallace about the same individual she thinks I’m the problem child because of the color of my skin which sucks.McNairy high school is a racists school for whites and rich folks. My mom thought that McNairy school is the best school fa me because of the reviews. Ion trust them because majority of them were only whites writing them. But the good news she shared today was we’re moving with my step pops Andrew and his 3 munchkins. I love my step pops.. he’s the only adult person I can talk to especially when getting out of trouble by motha. Sometimes I feel like my biological dad jump into his body and took Over his soul because they act just like. His three kids are the ones I kinda grew close to over the last two months. His oldest son miles especially… miles aka man-man is the type of person I can vent to and asked for advice. For someone to be 19 he have an old soul like a grandpa. To describe miles he’s darkskin, tall, strong jawline, straight beautiful teeth, clear skin along with waves. He kinda favors trey songz in way to me. Next is his second child Asia.we're no longer cool anymore especially after the things she has done to me a while back. Until she apologies..its forever f*** you. Last but not least his final child Raymond. But I call him almond cause his head shape like it. He always thinks I be trying to talk smack about his oval shaped head. But he cool people though he’s the chill and playful child. He’s very childish, but he’s still a kiddo at the end of the day. To describe Raymond.. he’s mixed mom white and dad black his skin is kinda whitish, dark brown eyes, tall, muscular, dimpled, beautiful teeth, bushy eyebrows, waves and a neck tattoo. He favors polo g a lot in many ways. Sometimes I be forgetting he’s my bro. When I first met ray I thought he was in his late twenties because of the way he looked. He’s only 15 and a single father who's raising his son in good condition. His child name babyboy who's staying with them until ray turns 17. The reason why babyboy doesn’t sees his mother because she’s a d**g user and sell her body out to everybody and they daddy. So ray just trying to do the best of his ability to provide for his only son. He’s going to school, working and donating to churches he’s doing great. But I hate when a child grows up without their mother or father in their life it’s unhealthy. I’m only speaking from experiences that I’ve had growing up. My dad haven’t made the best choices while living on earth which I kinda fought him for failing to do so. But once he got his life back on track and stop doing drugs he'd stepped to the plate. But he changed his life around at last minute. He changed for the better,but left the world for the worse. I’m still sad till this very day because he left me. when dad died motha and I relationship wasn't so great. since she met my step pops everything has been smooth like butter. But that's only when she talks to him on the phone sooner or later our relationship might take a huge turn because he’s in her life. I’m proud of her because she’s slowly opening her eyes more. Our big moving day is tomorrow how I found out was because of miles. Miles and I are like two peas in one pod we've always been close. “Jah’sie, come here baby." I got up from my bed and went towards her half empty room. “yes ma’am? I asked while standing by the door way. “I was just making sure if you have everything cause you know our big day is tomorrow". She said while folding her clothes that was piled up on her bed. “Mom, you know I got everything pack and loaded shawty". "barely, "I said quietly. I got up from the chair to go down stairs to get some more boxes. I knew what I was taking to Alabama just a bit of some sweat suits, dresses , crop tops and pants . I couldn’t fit my other clothes so I’ll just give them off to the goodwill. I packed some of the shoes I could still wear and put the others in a bag to go to the goodwill store also. I didn’t have much to take with me i went towards my phone that was on the charger to play some tones while I finished packing my things. Next Day... I was woken up to my mom's old school, gossiple and r&b music. Every morning mom would play her music any giving time. Meaning if she plays them it’s a cleaning day. I hurried to jump in my bed so I can catch more z's. “Jah’sie, you already know what time it is". D***, I don’t want to leave from my warm, comfortable and fluffy covers that I've bought from Macy's. I turned over to the window where my phone was and looked to see if anyone texted me. Nobody.. I put my phone down and rolled over so I can get out of bed. I slid on my bedroom shoes to head out my room to go to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror to see the side of my mouth with dried up slob. I must’ve been sleeping good if it looks like that. I grab my rag from my rag holder to washed my face. After I finished washing my face I grabbed my toothbrush from the holder to brush my teeth and goggles my mouth with mouthwash. “I must don’t have any ear picks"… f***… I left out my room to go to my mother’s room to get one cause ain’t leaving outta hea with dirty ears. I quickly ran back to my bathroom to clean my ears and jump in the showa. I got out to go put on my guess pink long sleeves shirt along with my pink jogger pants and my uggs shoes. Then I went back to the bathroom to do my edges and put on my stud earrings. “Jah’sie, come on andrew and the crew outside"!!!! I turn off the bathroom light and went towards my room to get my purse, phone and charger and headed downstairs. I went in the kitchen to get the last fruit cup. “ D*** cat caught ya tongue"? ask miles as he eats some type of waffle. “Hey man-man".. he kinda looks good today sometimes he would looks rough. “Hey, suh how ya doin? I’m gonna missed this place but it’s for the better this house is full of depression. I walked outside to get in the car so we can go. “What time are we gonna get there"? I woke up seeing Andrew's brick red house in front of my face. I unbuckled my seatbelt so I can go inside as soon as i was about to leave the car door was lock. I called mom so she can unlock the door. I grabbed my bag, opened the door and hugged pops. "you're getting so big jah-jah... I remember you being small, "said pops. I just started laughing cause he's too old to be fighting Casper cause as for right now school is my boyfriend. I walked straight ahead to where my siblings were to talk to them cause I haven't seen them physically. I saw Asia coming downstairs and didn't bothered speaking to her because of our situation. I left them to go upstairs to put my phone on the charger. Something looks off when I went upstairs because I kept seeing too many doors. I opened the doors one by one to see which room was mine. As I got to the very end I turned on the light to see that it was painted in my favorite color blue, tv on the wall, fish tank, l.e.d lights and last but not least a new boarder for my bed. I just love the new look of it plus it's fits my personality. I've always wanted a fish because the one that I had died.. sadly. I sat my purse on the bed, so I can look for my charger. I found it in five minutes because I had so much items in my purse. I looked for an outlet to plug my phone which were on the side of the bed. I went back downstairs because I smelled something good. "y'all come eat!!, " yelled out pops, or you going to be stuck on an empty stomach. I ran downstairs as fast as I could so I can beat raymond. Raymond eats like he haven't ate for days which is ridiculous. I finally made it down first to the kitchen to grab a plate from on top of the cabinet. pops doesn't like dishes, so instead he would buy plastic plates. I grabbed a thigh and a leg along with rice. I sat the plate down on the counter to look for a cup to pour the lemonade in. "pops, where's the cups at? "they should be in the laundry room". I left from the kitchen to go to the laundry room to get cups. I stepped on the stool to get the cups and went back to the kitchen. I pulled out a cup to pour myself some lemonade. I close the top and put it back in the refrigerator. I grabbed my plate and cup so I can go upstairs. I didn't feel like eating downstairs cause I wanted to admire my room. After finishing eating I went downstairs to throw my trash away. I walked in the living room to see pops and ray sitting next to each other watching basketball. I tiptoed upstairs to get myself ready for bed because I'm tired. I noticed that all my clothes were neatly folded and my shoes were put away in this clear box. I can finally relax without putting anything away. I looked in my dresser to put on my old onesi so I can go to bed. I took off my clothes and laid them on my couch then slip on my onesie and headed to bed. I meant to say hoe cause they way she dressed on her supposedly date ain’t cutting it at all. I went back to my room to get some sleep cause yesterday was busy. 2 hours of sleep...... “Jah’sie, get up for school shopping". Said mom as she walk back downstairs. Ion feel like going nowhere we was out all day yesterday and half of today. I just feel like today should be our relaxing day. Ughh… I’m just going to get a few of clothes and shoes so I can have enough time to rest. I got up from my bed to stretch and walk to my bathroom. I washed my face, ears and my private and peach along with under my arms. I dried from under my arms and below areas. I moisturize my below area and put some deodorant on. Then brushed my teeth and goggles my mouth. After doing my hygiene I quickly went back to my room to put on my clothes from yesterday. I untied my scarf to do my edges so I can head out the door. I checked to see if I had everything which I did then headed my way downstairs to hop in the car. “you ready to go? "yes ma'am". I said while buckling my seatbelt. She drove to the nearest mall by the house. Ion like going to malls because that’s where people like to shoot guns especially inside of the mall. She parked in the handicapped parking spot. My motha ain’t crippin nor disabled ion know why she have it anyways. I unbuckle my seatbelt, grab my purse and got out the car. “ Make sure the clothes you getting from hea is appropriate". Said ma as we walk into the mall. “Alright motha". We stopped by the map thing to look for forever 21 and footlocker. Which were right next to each otha. We took the elevator by the earring place so we can go to the two stores. “Its right hea ma. I said while walking into forever 21. She follows me to the store. I think I’m going to go fa sweaters, graphic tees, ripped Jean’s and last but not lease dresses. Ion like wearing things that doesn’t fit my body and personality. I went to the juniors to get some few sweaters, jeans, tees and dresses. I was gonna go fa some accessories but ion wanna spend my money on sumn that I have but can’t keep fa nothing. Cause I’ll end up losing it ina heart beat. We went to the register to pay for my clothes and left the store. We went next door to footlocker . “welcome to footlocker!! Lemme know what all I can do for you". I heard a young pretty girl say. I looked around before deciding on what to get. Almost every shoe they had I got them because miles always send shoes to my door step when he get ready to buy his own. So instead I just got the new Jordan’s that were on sale. I brought the shoes to the register to purchase them. After the young boy run up my shoes mom and I left to go home so I can wash. She pulls up to the house.. we got out and went our opposite ways cause she had to get ready to go to her second job. Ion think mom has a second job well a productive job that’s legal. She always leave at midnight to go to her so called second job. I remember my biological dad asked about her second job when he caught ha sneaking out looking like a p********e. She argued him down and told him to mind his business. Ion know what she got going on but I know she needs to stop. Because she’s a mom and a future wife so she doesn’t need to put her body or such a such out there. I went upstairs to get my full basket of clothes, went back downstairs to put my dirty clothes in the washing machine. I turned on the washing machine and went back upstairs. I went to my closet to get a pair of sweatpants and went to my dresser to grab a wife beater. Along with nike socks. I got dressed and put on my grill, earing and chain. I went back to the bathroom to take off my durag. My hair was kinda wet but ain’t finna stress about my hair being wet. I went to my room to put on my shoes and grabbed my backpack. My phone and errthang I needed was in my backpack so I was good to go. I sat on the couch and wait for tj to get ready. I should’ve let him go first cause he be taking longer than ma to get ready. Ima wash and go a** n***** ion need a lot of time to get ready. My stomach started growling, so I just grab some chips and sat back on the couch. I pulled out my phone to see it was 10:23 PM which I didn’t mind cause ain’t going be home till later. Cause mom doesn’t need to see me like this. Hell she don’t even know that I smoke. I said while going to another room. mann I should've just stayed with my homies I knew that I had no business here considered moms don't even like him. she thinks he's a bad influence because of what happened to my little brother "long life short". 20 minutes later...... Realizing that I fell asleep at folks house I quickly put on my socks and shoes then left. I texted tj to let him that I was coming. I walked to the nearest bus stop so I can go home. I ran the rest of the way home because it was almost the time mom gets home from work. As soon as I walked in I seen my n***s eating my d*** cinnamon crunch. One thing I don't play about is cereal. the other three things is family, friends and phone. I'll snatch a mothaf*** soul.
