The stress of the day was worthwhile, after taking my bath I sat on the bed, opening the presents that they got for me.

Felicia had gotten me a designer silver high-heel shoe that fit so perfectly. Angela got me a box filled with self-care items, essentially oils, scented candles, and bath products along with a journal. Jessie’s present was a drawing of me, I laughed. In her childlike mind she had done the utmost best to put this together, I honestly think she should become an artist when she grows up because the drawing was quite fascinating.

James got me a massage gifts certificate, Felicia must have helped him with the idea. Lastly, I unwrapped Nicholas's gift and it was money, when I counted it, it was two thousand dollars, I wasn’t shocked he gave me money whenever he remembered it was my birthday.

Opening all of the presents feels like Christmas.

Micheal had already given me his gift with this trip and when he comes out of the bathroom he will give me what he denied me in the morning.

*We had to explore the worlds of the park, go on a thrilling ride, and meet lots of our favorite Disney characters yesterday. I had a serious pampering more than I had desired.

We left the house, after eating. Felicia had surprised us with a green customized t-shirt with our name on it each, all of us wondered how she could think of all of this within the short period of the planning. I wore a pair of Jean trousers with it, pulled my hair down and put on the birthday hat, wore a sandal and I still added a birthday button, that I’d picked during our adventure yesterday.

We started the day's activity by taking pictures just like yesterday and decided to go into the Disney California Adventure Park. Yesterday we went in there but didn’t spend much time in it before getting back into the second park.

The pack has a California theme and is full of iconic sights. We rode some of the popular attractions and snapped lots of pictures.

After leaving the park, We went to ride the rollercoaster all together I was too afraid yesterday that I didn’t make an attempt but Micheal succeeded in convincing me to try to go for it today.

It wasn’t that scary like have thought but I had to scream the hell out of my lungs, it was fun being able to see the world from the top.

We decided to stop by the Candy Palace on Main Street U.S.A in Disneyland Park to have desserts. After riding the roller coasters we all felt empty. there were a lot of yummy desserts available. We decided to have the famous Mickey Mouse-shaped ice cream bar and Mickey Mouse Rice Krispie treats.

We watched as the candy makers were at work. Jessie pointed to Nicholas that she wanted a candy

“You just finished eating, you can’t have more” Angela objected

“Yes she can have, it Auntie Bridgett’s birthday trip, I know she doesn’t mind,” Nicholas said

“I do not mind at all, she can have some,” I said going to get her the candy

I gave it to her and she said

“Thank you, Auntie Bridgett”

“You are welcome darling,” I said rubbing her head

Micheal had planned to propose to Angela in the Sleeping Beauty Castle, according to him he said Angela had told him that, that was her favorite Disney character.

We walked into the castle, which was located at the center of the park. It was covered in pink and blue hues, it had beautiful stained glass windows. We walk through the castle and there are several shops inside that sell Disney merchandise. It was a beauty to behold

“This is so lovely, it feels like am in the storyline,” Angela said looking around “Why haven’t we come into this place since yesterday”

“This place is enchanting,” James said nodding his head

“This castle must be about 75 feet tall,” Nicholas said looking up at the building

“Yes, probably” James added

“You didn’t tell me to come here since yesterday,” Angela said softly tapping Nicholas’s shoulder

“Being late is better than never” Nicholas said smiling

Oblivious to her, Nicholas had shielded her from entering into the place because of his intention.

“Baby, did you see the dragons” Angela said pointing to the dragon statues to Jessie

“I want a dragon,” she said giggling in her mother’s arm

Felicia and I were calmly exchanging words with each other smiling, we bet she didn’t know what was coming to her. Angela was still fascinated with the fantasy of the castle.

Micheal gestured to Nicholas to do what he had to do quickly, since Angela was in a romantic and fairy tale mood, we had a higher chance of getting positive responses.

Nicholas went on one kneel and opened the box of the ring, Angela looked at him with wholly astonishment.

“You are the woman of my dreams, I do not want to spend another day apart from you, be mine and I will give you the peace and comfort that you’ve never imagined, be my wife”

Still looking stunned, she had one hand on her chest and the other holding onto Jessie, a tears dropped from her cheek.

“Yes” she shouted, holding out her hand for Nicholas “Yes I want to be your wife”

Nicholas removed the ring and inserted it into her finger

We all clapped our hands with some other people who were attracted to the event. He stood up and pressed a kiss on her lips, he wiped the tears on her cheek and hugged her and Jessie together.

I leaned on Micheal feeling felicitous. Nicholas had found himself an instant family. I celebrate his fortune outcome, he is a good person and deserves this and more.

Felicia had recorded all of the scenarios while I had snapped.

“Hello soon to be Mrs Newton” Felicia and I said in unison giggling

“Yea, that's me” she screamed excitedly

“Congratulations,” James said hugging them

All of us took turns in congratulating them.

“We should take more selfie pictures together,” James said bringing out his phone “Angela make sure you bring forth your hand in the picture” he added

After having the last tour of the castle, we decided to go into the nearest restaurant to have a meal and celebrate, before leaving the park. We had a Monte Cristo sandwich, served with berry puree.

I went into the restaurant restroom to ease myself, and after doing that I decided to wash my face with water, I brought out a face towel from my bag and wiped my face with it.

I couldn’t believe Nicholas had found his soulmate after all these years, I feel so happy for them. We have a wedding to plan if it is the same Nicholas that I know this wedding wouldn’t even take up to three months. This is the first time he engaged someone so am sure he knows this is really what he wants, and Angela is an awesome person.

I dropped my bag in front of the mirror, opened it, and brought out my lipgloss.

“Happy birthday” I heard a voice say from behind me

I turned to look behind me, it was a woman in her late mid-thirties holding a little girl of about five years

“It's not my birthday today, it was yesterday,” I said adjusting the cap

“It still your day,” she said laughing

She dropped her purse and phone in front of the mirror and unpacked her hair

“Yes, you are right, thank you”

“Hi baby girl, how are you?” I said leaning to talk to the little girl

“Am fine” she answered

“She is so adorable, She looks just like you,” I said to the woman

“Ooh! Thank you” she said smiling “am her Foster mother, I adopted her, not too long ago,” she said whispering using one of her hands to cover the side of her mouth

Her phone rang and she picked it

“Hello dear, I know why you called am coming out now,” she said and dropped the call

“Sorry, that was my husband, he doesn’t like to waste as much time as I do,” she said retouching her makeup

“Ooh I see,” I said smiling sheepishly

“Nice meeting you,” She said

She quickly picked up her phone, her pulse, turning to leave the ladies along with her daughter

“Bye,” The woman said waving at me

I waved back at her, befuddled not realizing that I hadn’t applied the lipstick in my hand.
