SAMUEL POV:
Samuel and Jack returned home together. He really needed the companionship since he'd been doing everything to get Sarah out of his head and nothing seemed to work. When they arrived at the house, they both fell asleep in the chair. Hunger was out of the question because they had already eaten at the hospital's restaurant. They were both preoccupied towards the end of the day, and they began to wonder why people did not arrive until around four o'clock. They arrived at Jack's house at about 8 p.m., and after about 10 minutes of rest, Jack turned on the television. The first thing that came on was news, and from the speaker, he deduced that they were discussing the murder case.
"Oh my God, Sam," I failed to mention that the man who kidn*pped Sarah was assassinated on Saturday.
