CHAPTER 3

Damien POV

"Damien?"

The way my name slipped of her tongue was enough to make me hard. It's still unbelievable as to how this human girl has power over me more than anyone else including myself.

Today I was here to take my Rose home , where she belongs with me. She was shopping with her friends , the outfit she was wearing showed her curves perfectly and I just wanted to burn every single male who set their hungry eyes on her.

"Hi , rose right?" , I said. Of course I am not going to be a creep and say that I know obviously rose is her and I probably know all her seven generations by now , because what do you think I was doing all week? Totally stalking her. I know that's bat s**t crazy but I mean it's worth it.

"Yeah....So what a coincidence to meet again." She chuckled.

"Umm...Rose?" ,her friend I think her name was caron , no carla no ,ya carol I think said.

That's when I realized zeke and Blake have been awfully quiet and tense beside me. Oops , sorry forgot to introduce my best friends , Zeke ,blake and Ethan are more like my brothers , we have know each other for almost 300 years , that is why I trust them and care for them so much . To others I am cold and ruthless but with them , it's all chill.

Today when the whole hell was informed that their king was going to get his queen , zeke and Blake decided to come to earth with me. Ethan however had to stay behind , because someone has to look after when I am not there . Other times it's zeke , because honestly he is the mature one after me. While Blake is busy being a play boy , he is technically not straight but finds it funny hitting on men who are straight. Ethan is what we call the baby of our group , but all in all we are cold and rude towards everyone else.

"Oh right! Sorry forgot to introduce you, so this is Damien the man who helped me last week and Damien this carol and Tyler my best friends.", Rose said

" Nice to meet you guys , this is zeke and Blake my best friends." , I finished.

Carol was secretly checking out zeke , while Tyler was doing the same difference being he was pretty obvious on doing it. I know he is gay so not shocked (obviously one week worth stalking was enough to know about rose's friends also). What shocked me the most was that both zeke and Blake were looking at carol and Tyler with softened eyes and not the cold glares they usually give others .

But if the give any glares or scares my angel I swear best friends or not they will be digging their grave but they know better to not disrespect their queen.

I keep a mental note to ask them later what's going on.

"Hello , I am blake and pretty honoured to 've in the presence of you." , Blake said cockly.

Tyler chuckles and sticks his hand out , " it's supposed to be the opposite." And there they go with the flirting.

" zeke , hello ." , Said zeke but though his voice was calm his eyes held confusion , stress and deep depths of softness in them .

" Oh hi , nice to meet you all , we were just done shopping and heading to the food court , wanna join?" , rose said.

Then we all walked and settled in a round table at the court , while Tyler and zeke went to get our food.

"So, how old are you guys?" Carol asked curiosity filling her tone.

"Umm...we are..er..25 years old , yup 25 , though Damien is 26." Blake said stuttering abit because we are actually centuries old , but we can't let them know that....yet.

The girls looked confused , but shrugged it off

Later , the boys came back with 6 burgers , 6 sprites , 2 ice cream and 2 chocolate chip cookies.

I was confused why there were ice cream and cookies but it got cleared when the girls dug , into it.

"Woah!" Blake looked genuinely shocked.

"What!?" They Said in unison.

"Nothing..." Blake replied.

"Don't judge them while they eat , they snap at you real bad . Food is like their second life line to them." Tyler Said in a hushed voice.

Of course we would be shocked because nowhere had we ever seen any female eat so freely and carelessly but of course they had table manners but I mean all we had seen was the female population ever eat salad or nothing ,so it was quite shocking ,but in a good way. I actually like when girls don't care what people say or think .

"Okkk..." Blake said , but dreamily dragged his voice , not on purpose I think.

" What do you guys do? I mean job?" Rose said , after a pause of silence.

"Why do you care?" Zeke snapped . Shock and slight fear showed through her eyes.

Xavier growled in anger in my head at the moment zeke snapped at her .

Yeah , I know he is rude to everyone but that does not mean he is rude to me , he respects me and rose is my mate any one disrespecting her or hurting her is ultimately doing that to me . That's why I will teach him his lesson.

'

That is your queen and you have no right to snap and disrespect her !' I shouted at him through our mind link.

First his showed he was shocked but quickly realized his mistake.

'Sorry...' his voice wavering a bit out of fear , because no one makes the king angry and when they do they have hell to pay.

Though if anyone sees our faces right now , they'll think either we are lost in our thoughts or just looking around but inside no one would have guessed our conversation.

'Sorry doesn't do anything , first apologize to rose and then going back to hell you'll have 30 souls to punish yourself'  I said , because he hates doing that task so it should be good enough to learn his place.

Suddenly , sparks ignited through my hand and when I looked down I saw rose had accidentally brushed her hand with mine and soon enough I heard a soft gasp , telling me that she too felt it.

"Sorry rose , didn't mean to snap at you." Zeke Saud diverting her attention.

"Oh..It's fine" she said , her voice telling she was being slightly shy.

"Guys, it's late we should go home." Tyler Said.

" Yeah , let's go ...Bye It was nice to meet you all." Carol said shyly glancing at zeke(someone has a crush).

"Bye!" , rose said.

And they all made their way out .

"Umm....Guys We have to not only take Or in other words kidnap our queen but my mate also...Tyler." Blake said , not shocked I knew something was up and guessed this was it.

"Same...carol is mine." Zeke Said , with a possessive growl.

"So , guys let's go we have our mates to kidnap." , I Said.
