I woke up to the sun rising. I stood up and stretched out all the soreness. I looked over to Thor and Jane. They were just waking up as well. I looked down at my staff that was still lying on the ground. I held my hand over it, making it fly up into my hand with magic. I
"Meet you two down there." I said before jumping off the roof. I landed on the ground in a kneeling action or, as some people like to grabbed it and walked towards the edge of the building.call it, a super hero pose. I smirked and looked up to the roof to see Thor and Jane looking down at me. I stood up straight and went to lean on the trailer. Thor was first to get off the ladder, then he helped Jane down. A groggy, hungover Eric emerged from the trailer. He looked over at Thor and Jane. "I need some coffee." He mumbled as the four of us walked into the motor shop. Darcy, Eric and I sat at a card table drinking coffee. Thor and Jane were cooking. Thor walked over and sat two plates down in front of Darcy and Eric.
"Thanks," Darcy thanked him with a smile.
"You're very welcome," Thor said. I stood up and walked away from the table. The crystal ball on my staff lit up.
"Does that do that often?" Jane asked. I looked at her, then back to the ball. I looked at the ball. I smiled when I saw the four people that looked like warriors. The ball's light went out and I turned back around.
"To answer your question, it lights up when it has something to show me or when I ask it to show me something." I explained, before I turned to Thor. "We have incoming." I told him. He looked confussed. I just winked at him. The four of them got done eating as they were cleaning up. The door opened, I smirked and turned towards the door, to see the four warriors.
"Found You!" A man with long red curly hair and beard exclaimed. Thor, Darcy, Jane and Eric turned to see the four warriors. Jane dropped a plate, shattering it on the floor. I motioned my hand, making the smashed plate turn back into one piece and setting it gently on the counter. The four Warriors and the three humans looked shocked that I had fixed the smashed plate.
"My friends!" Thor exclamed as he happily raced over to greet them.
"I don't believe it...." Eric said.
"Who are they?" Darcy asked.
"Lady Sif and the Warrior Three. Surely you've heard tales of Hogun the Grim, Fandral the Dashing, and I, Volgstagg the Svelte?" Volgstagg said. Eric just looked at him pointedly.
"Well, perhaps I've put on a little more muscle since I was last here," he said.
"That would have been a thousand years ago? Northern Europe?" Jane asked.
"Exactly! Those lovely herring people. They worshipped us!" Volgstagg exclaimed. Thor laid his hand on his shoulder, stopping him from reliving the past.
"My friends, I've never been happier to see anyone. But you should not have come," Thor said. I walked up to him and placed my hand on his shoulder.
"Trust me, you want them here." I said to him. The four of them looked at me with so much curiosity and confusion.
"We're here to take you home," Fandral said, ignoring my comment.
"You know I can't. My father is dead because of me. I must remain in exile," Thor said. I looked at him confused, then looked at the other four. Hoping they would deny that.
"Thor...... your father still lives." Sif said. Thor looked up at her clearly confused. I looked past them to see the Bifrost storm. Pushing passed the five of them, I walked out of the shop. Using my magic to lift me in the air so I could get a better look. I landed back on the ground and looked back at Thor and the others. I touched my earpiece.
"Coulson! Coulson! Can you hear me?" I asked urgently. I looked back towards the desert hoping everyone was okay.
"Get the towns people out, this thing is coming your way." Coulson finally answered me urgently.
"Got it!" I said. I looked towards the others. Knowing I would need everyone's help to make sure everyone got out of town safely.
"We got to get these townies to safety. Get them away from the town we have incoming." I said. Everyone just stood there looking at me. I picked my staff up and slammed the bottom of it to the ground, sending out a purple shockwave of magic.
"MOVE NOW!" I yelled at them. My eyes turned purple and my hands were soon surrounded by purple mist. I was lifted from the ground. I used my magic to fly myself over the town.
"Get in your cars now and leave!" I exclaimed as I landed in the middle of the town. Everyone just looked at me while one tried to challenge me.
"Why should we listen to you?" One of the townies asked. I pulled my badge out.
"Get out of town, take whoever you can with you. There is a gas leak in town. We are working on maintaining it. Now move." I said to the town's people. They all nodded and got in their cars. Some people were getting in the back of trucks. I was soon standing beside Thor, Sif and the other three warriors were heading into battle against the metal fireman. The thing had already destroyed most of the town.
"My friends fight bravely, but they won't be able to hold it back much longer," Thor said. I looked at the Warrior three, and Sif then I looked back to Thor.
"I can hold it off," I told him. Jane and he both looked at me.
"No, Sister you can't," Thor tried to argue but I wasn't having any of it.
"Thor, I told you last night, Earth is my home. I'll protect it at all costs. Besides, it's kind of my job," I said to him before running off. I watched as the Destroyer beat Sif and the Warrior Three. I ran up in front of the Destroyer. It looked down at me. I looked up at it and raised one eyebrow, I smirked and used my staff to send a blast of magic towards it. The blast knocked it back a few steps. I did not give it time to steady itself. I sent blast after blast at it until it fell to the ground. I stepped back and watched it. It was soon back on its feet. It opened up its head and shot its fiery death beam at me. I brought my hands up, using my staff to place a protective shield around myself. The beam stopped. Bringing my hands down and smirking at the thing as I said "My turn.", I let go of my staff. Using both hands, I picked the destroyer up with magic. My grimoire came out of my pocket. It enlarged and turned to the page until a fire spell showed. I smirked and looked at the Destroyer.
"Phasmatos motus Incendiamos" I said, letting my magic drop the destroyer, as fire shot from my hands right at the core of the destroyer. I dropped my hands, letting the flame burn out. The Destroyer brought his hand up and made a fist. I watched as it slammed its hands down. I raised my hands, cautching the fist before it could pumble me into the ground. It was a little stronger than I was. But I kept pushing the fist back, trying to get it from over my head. My arms gave out and the fist came down on me, knocking me into the ground. I had a hard time keeping my eyes opened after that.
