"I think I have a name for you, my sweet angel." Isaac whispered in her ear.

"Tell me!" She whispered softly.

"Ayla! That's the name that comes to my mind whenever I look at you." Isaac replied while stroking her cheek.

"It means the light of the moon. You are the light of the moon for me. Do you like this name?" Isaac replied in a low tone. Then he asked her.

"Now that I have named you, you officially belong to me. And I f*****g hate sharing my things with anyone. Do you understand, my sweet angel?" Isaac spoke in a possessive tone.

The Lunar
THIRD PERSON'S POV:- Ten days before the first full moon night of the year. All the creatures were preparing for the festival of the beginning of the lunar year. All the kingdoms were preparing to celebrate the festival to the fullest. Whereas the people of Omega country were suffering as always. As the crescent moon rose, a woman with long black hair ran in the direction of the creep forest. The forest that was known to eat lives. The black-haired woman fell on the ground. Her body was covered with bruises and cuts. Her clothes were torn. Using all the strength she had, she pushed herself back on her feet and started running again. She stopped as she felt she was far away. She hid behind the oak tree. Clutching onto her chest, she was trying to catch her breath. Her wolf hadn't been responding to her for quite a while. She was looking around to check if she was alone. Just as she sighed in relief, a shadow appeared in front of her. A horrified scream echoed in the creep forest. Then everything went silent. --------------------- TEN DAYS LATER:- It was the night of the full moon, about fifteen days after the Lycan king's murder. Five cars were on their way to Selene City, the Capital of the Scarlet kingdom, (The lycanthrope kingdom.) The younger prince of the lycanthrope kingdom was in the car. Along with a bunch of royal soldiers and the late King Adam's most trusted man, Mr Oliver Robinson. Along with the right-hand man of the older prince. The older prince, Prince David sent his right-hand man, Mr Peter Queen, to pick up his baby brother from the mage kingdom to make sure that the young prince would get home safely. "An hour, drive more, we will be pulling over, in the driveway of the castle, Prince Isaac." Mr Queen informed the young Prince who had been checking time on his wristwatch after every minute. Prince Isaac gave Mr Queen a small smile and he nodded his head. "Good! I don't want to be late for the funeral." Prince Isaac replied in a sad tone. He didn't notice the mischievous grin that appeared on the face of Mr Queen as he looked at the road ahead. About ten minutes later, they were driving through the creep valley. The valley was filled with creepy monsters and shifters. That was the very reason why no one dared to stop the car in the creep valley. Prince Isaac was looking at the horizon from the window glass of his side. Suddenly, a bright silver light blinded him for a good minute. He covered his eyes with the sunglasses he had in his pocket. There was no doubt in his mind that the bright silver light belonged to the moon that had started to rise. The cars slowed down because the light had suddenly blinded everyone in the five cars. Prince Isaac looked in that direction and his heart skipped a beat. "Stop the car right now!" Prince Isaac yelled at the driver of his car. The car came to a halt all of a sudden. Another four cars behind also stopped. "Young prince, is something the matter?" Asked Mr Robinson out of curiosity. Instead of answering, the young prince was about to unlock the door and get out of the car when Mr Robinson stopped the young prince. "What are you doing, Oliver? Let me go!" Prince Isaac was as respectful as he could be. The man had practically raised Prince Isaac. "Forgive me, my prince. But I can't let you out of the car. After your father's mysterious assassination, I can't afford to lose you too." Mr Robinson tried to reason with your prince. But he was not so confident that the young prince would listen. "I can understand. But I saw a woman hanging from a huge tree. The least we can do is to bury her." As Mr Robinson had expected, the young prince had his mind set on doing something he was not allowed to do at all. "This is the creep valley, my precious prince. It's clearly a trap to lure you in. I can't let you go." Mr Robinson argued again, using his authority over the young prince. Prince Isaac smiled and raised a brow. "Well, you are certainly forgetting the fact that my father, the king, is no longer alive. That means, until the next king is decided, none of you can command me. You should all obey me instead. We are helping this woman." Prince Isaac spoke in a mischievous tone. And in the end, he ordered the crew out. Everyone sighed, as they knew well they couldn't win against the persistent young prince. "Well, in that case, we should all go. You have to let us come with you. I can't let you go alone." Mr Robinson spoke in a pleading tone, hoping the young prince would listen. Prince Isaac chuckled and nodded his head. "Of course, I can't go all by myself." The young prince replied as everyone stepped out of the car. Everyone except for Mr Queen. "You are not coming with us, Mr Queen?" Mr Robinson asked Mr Queen out of curiosity. Mr Queen waved his hand almost immediately. "Someone has to stay behind and watch over these cars. We can afford to lose these cars." Mr Queen replied almost instantly. Rolling his eyes in annoyance, Prince Isaac signalled everyone to follow him. A mile away from the road, there was this beautiful pale woman, hanging to the tallest tree they could see around. Prince Isaac looked at her long silver hair and his eyes shined like the moon. As the moon was rising, the silver light in her hair was becoming brighter. "I have never seen any creature like this. Who is this woman? What might have happened to her?" Prince Isaac asked himself while staring at the stunning woman. Although her body was covered with layers and layers of blood, he could still tell that the woman was stunning. "Praise the Goddess Selene, I have never seen anything like this before." One of the royal soldiers screamed. All eyes turned towards the soldier who had reached the woman. "What's wrong, young man?" Mr Robinson asked out of curiosity. "Her heart is no longer inside her chest. It's hanging on one of the branches. Her throat is slit from ear to ear. She is bleeding all over her body. And yet, by the grace of the Moon Goddess, she is still breathing, and her heart is still beating." The soldier explained the reason why he suddenly started praying to the Moon Goddess. Prince Isaac's eyes widened in surprise. All hands raised towards the sky and everyone praised the Moon Goddess for such a miracle. The royal guards carefully got the woman down on the ground. Mr Robinson got down on the ground. A few of the soldiers gave Mr Robinson their shirts. Mr Robinson tied the woman's organs to her body, and he tied all her wounds, so she wouldn't bleed anymore. "We have to take her home. Or she will die." Prince Isaac suggested, and Mr Robinson choked on his own saliva. "No! Not in a million years. I can't allow you to do that. Your life is in danger as well, my precious prince. And your mother has ordered a complete lockdown. The Scarlet kingdom is completely locked for any strangers." Mr Robinson growled at the young prince angrily. Prince Isaac was about to open his mouth and argue with Mr Robinson when, all of a sudden, the bright light of her hair blinded them all again. The light didn't fade for about two to three minutes. As it started to fade, they all heard a big blast near. The ground shook and the animals in the creep forest started running away. "What in the actual purgatory was that?" Prince Isaac growled as he scooped the woman in his arms. They all ran in the direction of the road where all the cars were parked. The four cars were standing in their places. But the car of the prince was turned into ashes. All eyes turned towards the miracle woman. Her hair was no longer shining like the moon. "Praise the Goddess Selene, there is no way, in actual purgatory, I am leaving her here. She saved my life. I am about to return the favour." Prince Isaac's words were more like an order. "I can no longer argue on the matter. A Lucanthus should always return the favour." Mr Robinson replied as he raised both of his hands in the air, accepting his defeat. "We should stay behind and investigate, precious prince. Looks like Mr Queen also couldn't make it." One of the soldiers suggested. "No way! You are all coming with me right now. This place is dangerous. I am not leaving anyone behind." Prince Isaac ordered as they all hopped into the cars. No one dared to argue, since the prince was right. ------------- "Praise the Goddess Selene! Mothe! Isaac has finally arrived." Prince David screamed loudly in relief as he ran towards the entrance of the castle, willing to greet his brother. Prince David, his wife, Belle and their mother, Queen Sabrina, all froze in their tracks as they saw Prince Isaac holding a wounded woman in his arms. "What is this, Isaac? Praise the Moon Goddess, has no one told you anything about the strict lockdown?" Asked the queen Sabrina in an angry tone. Prince Isaac looked at the woman in his arms and he sighed. "Mother, I was warned by everyone. But I just couldn't let the woman die. After all, she saved my life." Prince Isaac replied in a low tone. Queen Sabrina gasped loudly as she ran towards her younger son. "What do you mean? Are you alright? Were you ambushed? Did you get hurt?" Queen Sabrina bombarded Prince Isaac with a million questions. To which, he chuckled. "Mother, I am alright. Thanks to this poor woman. Her pain became the reason why I am standing in front of you." Prince Isaac replied in a low tone. "You should go and get ready, brother. It's almost time to say goodbye to our father." Prince David suggested as he looked at the moon that was almost on top of the castle. "Yes, I shall go and change. Please, ask Misty to come to my room." Prince Isaac announced as he walked away along with Mr Robinson. Mr Robinson opened the door of Prince Isaac's bedroom and turned all the lights on. "Don't you think you should take her to the hospital?" Asked Mr Robinson in a curious tone. He could see how concerned Prince Isaac was about this mysterious woman. "I want her to be right in front of my eyes. I know Misty can heal her. That's why I called her. While I am gone, I want you to take care of her." Prince Isaac replied as he laid her down on his bed. Her blood would have strained his expensive sheets, but he didn't care. Her life was more precious to him. More precious than anything inside his bedroom. The door of his room opened and a sweet-faced woman came running towards Prince Isaac. She jumped into his arms and hugged him tightly. "Thank Goddess a ton. You are finally home, Bear. I have missed you so much." Misty spoke in a low tone as she cried in Prince Isaac's arms. Prince Isaac cleared his throat as he pulled away from Misty's arms. "We can talk later, Misty. Right now, I want you to do me a favour." Prince Isaac spoke in a low tone as he put some distance between himself and misty. "Anything for you, Bear. Tell me, what do you want?" Misty asked in a shy tone while playing with a long orange locks of her hair. Mr Robinson cleared his throat to get Misty's attention. She turned around and found a blonde petite woman lying in Prince Isaac's bed.
