mating with the alpha

Tomorrow is graduation and I cannot wait high school was not the best time for me. See the way it goes at my school if you are not a training warrior or the kids to the alpha and Luna, or the beta and gammas kids then you have a target on your back. But I also cannot wait because I also turn 18 tomorrow and that is when I get my wolf. I have been praying to the moon goddess since freshman year to grant me a strong powerful wolf so we can protect our self’s and we would lead peaceful obedient lives. I will also be going through a tradition that all she-wolfs in my pack go through we will meet every unmated male wolf to see if we can find our mate and if not, they will invite unmated wolfs from other packs. Just thinking about it makes me nervus because what if my mate rejects me? And as if he could feel how nervus I am my twin brother knocks on my door. “Come in” I said hoping he was wanting something else as he enters my room, he has this worried look on his face. “hey sis did you forget we are twins I can feel how anxious you are” he said like I had forgot see as twins we could do things that only people with their wolfs could do like mind link and feel each other’s emotions “no I didn’t forget I just got caught in my own thoughts” I said hoping he would understand and leave me alone because it is almost midnight and I need my sleep “what’s got you so anxious” oh great I didn’t want to say what I was thinking out loud but if it makes him leave “ I’m scared that my mate won’t want me” I said not looking into my brothers eyes as a tear rolls down my face. “oh” my brother said with sadness in his voice. And before I know it, he’s beside me in my bed hugging me “he will want you love any man would be a fool not to” he said with such a confidence that it eased my thoughts just I little I felt my brothers grip tighten on me and I let my brothers sent consume me and I drifted off to sleep. This reminded me of when we were growing up I had night mares because my mom died when we were about 10 years old our pack got attacked by rogues and she was trying to protect, and she got us to safety but when she went back out to make sure the house was locked a rogue killed her so when the night mares would happen my brother would come in my room and hold me until they stopped. The next morning I woke up to my best friend busting through my door we are supposed to get ready for graduation together but her demeanor was different that’s when I noticed my brother raise straight up out of bed and the both said the word mate at the same time to tell you I didn’t even have time to be shocked before he leaped out of bed and picked her up it was like watching a video that was sped up I rolled my eyes and cleared my throat which made them look at me with embarrassed looks on there faces “I’m so sorry I forgot that I was in here” my brother said never taking his eyes off my Sam my best friend “ well you two can have some time to yourselves after graduation me and her need to get ready and so do you nick” I said to my brother as I took Sam’s arm and pulled her from my brother and made him leave. “I’m so sorry, I didn’t even realize it was your room until we looked at you” Sam said then she looked at me with worry on her face “ did you have another night mare” Sam said as she hugged me tightly “no just nervus about today” I said as I went into my closet pulling out my dress. I decided to go with a form fitting black dress that ended just above the knee the dress hugged me every where Sam curled my hair, and it flowed down my back I never messed with my hair because it was so long it ended just at the bottom of my back and I decided to just go natural with my make up a little mascara and lip gloss should do. We were all sitting outside on our football field going through the motions of graduation which was also when the alpha, betta, and gamma resigned from their positions so that the whole pack could be there, and we did not have to host three other ceremonies in one month so once we got done with graduation they done the ceremony for the gamma first and gamma female because he found his mate 3 months ago then the beta and he has not found his mate yet and last but not least our new alpha I had to use the bathroom and since I got my wolf I mind linked our current alpha since they haven’t completed the ceremony “Alpha, I know your busy, but I really need to excuse myself I didn’t want to be rude and stand up and leave.” “Your excused grace and thank you for asking also I need to meet with you your brother and you dad after all this and I’ve told you before grace you can call me jack you know that.” “I know and I will tell them once I get back thank you jack.” As I get up from my seat jack smiles at me see my dad and alpha jack grew up together and was best friends so after our mother died alpha jack and Luna ana was always making sure we was taking care of when dad was working he was one of the doctors in our pack ana was like a aunt to us. When I got back to my seat the alpha ceremony was already done and our new alpha was back in his seat “ nick, dad are you there” “yeah” they said at the same time “ uncle jack wants to see us ill be going that way as soon as they dismiss” “ okay I wonder what its about” dad said through the mind link.
