As I walked back toward the house, I just let things run through my mind carefully. I was shaken. Firstly, because by no way, shape or form, were I or Chris pure-blooded vampires. Those were the ones that had the genes to reproduce with each other. While those that were made could only reproduce with humans. How in the hell...did this happen? According to the doctor, I was at least two months along, but Chris and I had only just started our relationship a month ago. I rubbed my face with my hands, and we had just adopted Joshua!
