Alpha King's Weakness

Aria “She killed her! She's a murderer, I don't f*cking know why you're not seeing it!" My mother yelled, anger had taken over her entire body to the extent that her face was red and her body was shaking. “She was just a child, Madeline. She's even still a child. Why are you being so hard on her?" My father asked, shielding my small form with his very big body. My mother shook her head continually, tears running down her face as she did that. I was peeking through the space between my father's legs. “She knew what she was doing. She killed my angel because she was jealous that we were showering all the love on my angel instead of her. It should have been her who died that night. She's a monster in the body of a little child." She spat angrily. "She is your child too, Madeline. Just calm down for once, will you? You can't hate her for the rest of your life.” She chuckled dryly, "Watch me. And oh, for the records, this witch is no child of mine and you know it.” I immediately sat up on the bed, beads of sweat dripping down from my forehead. My chest heaved fastly as panic gripped my entire form. That's just one of the many traumatic scenes from my childhood though. “Maybe I should really get a sleeping pill or something." I mumbled as I saw the time on the wall. It's not even that late yet, I had only slept for one hour, I fell off while scrolling through my phone. I was so tired from the day. I stood up from my tiny bed, going into the bathroom to wash my face with water. I honestly don't know why but I just felt like walking, I wanted to get a fresh breeze on my skin, I yearn for it so badly. It's almost ten in the evening, meaning people will still be out. It should still be a bit normal outside, I'll be back home before midnight. I grabbed my pepper spray, put on some loose clothes and my boots then I stepped outside without thinking twice. The moment the cold air made contact with my skin, I closed my eyes in bliss and just allowed myself to relax fully in it. Then I started walking. It's moments like these that I wished I had my airpods with me, it was stolen last week and I don't have enough money to buy another yet. I walked so much that I didn't really look where I was going, I had gotten deep in walking, walked down the street so much that I had gotten to the end. I guess I was so lost in the silence, that's like the most quiet part of the street. “You really don't learn, Aria. You're so stupid.” I chastised myself. My heart beat really fast as I looked around, realizing that I was really alone without anyone else around me. I was more than ready to make a run for it, that was the only thing that came to my mind. I had prepared my mind for it when I heard rustling nearby, the fear that gripped my entire form compelled me to not move. I always hated that in situations like these, I'm always unable to move, my body will just stand stoic. An angry growl was what I heard next, followed by a hot breath on my neck. The intoxicating scent of the person behind me wafted into my nostrils, I didn't know I could crave a stranger's touch and smell that way. I felt strong arms going round my waist and I was made to come face to face with the person. “What's your name?" His deep, attractive voice asked. My entire body was practically itchy from anxiety, I wasn't even scared anymore, I just kept staring into his glowing eyes. Who's this man? “Are you both deaf and dumb?" He asked me again, making me come back to reality, I was really lost in staring into his eyes. This feels like one of these scenes described in the movies or even novels. It felt so surreal. “Uhm, my name is Aria.” I mumbled, almost stuttering. Being in this kind of position with a very handsome stranger at this time of the night definitely wasn't in my books when I wanted to come out tonight. And instead of screaming my lungs out from him touching me this way and looking at me like I'm some meat, my entire body felt like it was on fire, like I was in the arms of the safest person in the world. “Aria what?" He asked me again. The way he says my name made goosebumps appear on my skin. Who exactly is this man? It felt as though I've known him for a long time now. “Aria Wilder.” I said. His arms tightened around my waist as I said my name. “I, Rowan Hunter of the Hunters pack, reject you, Aria Wilder as my mate and Luna." He said. What's he even saying, what…. Pain overtook my features immediately. My entire body was overridden with immense pain, I fell to the ground as my legs were too weak to even support my whole body. I've never been in so much pain before. It felt as though a fresh injury was on my skin and hot lava was poured on it. There's no part of my body that didn't feel it. What's happening to me? This one is a hundred times the killer menstrual cramps I feel every month. “Accept it, accept the rejection so you'll be free." That same voice managed to penetrate into my head. "I… accept the rej- rejection." I stuttered. Just as I said that, pure bliss took over. The pain completely vanished just like that, I couldn't even feel any ounce of pain again. And the man was gone. Did he disappear? Because there's just no way someone can walk that fast. I stood up, looking around to see that I was once again alone. Before any other strange person would jump out of the bush or something, I ran. ~ I kept turning around in bed with no traces of sleep. I've been thinking about what happened since I got home. Who's that man and why did he ‘reject’ me? Something similar only happens in those cliche werewolf novels I read. And there's no way that exists. Could he just be so weird that he injected me with something that made me feel pain, so he could bring his ‘werewolf’ fantasy to life? That's the only reasonable explanation that came to mind. Just as I was about to close my eyes, a loud bang was what I heard. I sat upright on my bed, that sounded like it was right next to my bed while it was outside. Is a robbery going on outside? Before I could say ‘jack’, my door was broken. I turned to a ball of moose on the bed. I couldn't move or anything, a really tall and big guy entered the room. “Come here, mutt." He sneered, marching right towards me. It was when he got to me that I realized what was happening. I was either about to be kidnapped or r***d. I grabbed the next thing to me which was my pepper spray and I put it into use immediately. But it didn't do anything to him, he dragged me with the pepper spray and carried me outside. I started spasming around in his hold and he hit my head with something. The next time I opened my eyes, I was in a very big place with a whole lot of people. “Y'all are welcome to the werewolf kingdom."
