Xavier refused to leave Ellanna’s room unless Gideon or Elizabeth were with her whilst she was in the coma, he didn’t want to risk her waking without one of them beside her although when he did leave he wasn’t gone for long as he didn’t want to be too far away if she did. For two weeks he slept on a reclining chair at the hospital and only left once Gideon had arrived, he only briefly spoke to his pack members in passing and he didn’t attend school. He made sure he would see his father daily to see what pack business he would need to be attended to in relation to his Alpha in training duties and take files with him so he wouldn’t fall behind, he would shower, change his clothes and grab food to take with him before going back to Ellanna’s room at the hospital. He would sit on a chair next to her bed drawing circles on the back of her left hand due to her having an IV in the right one and he would gently speak to her, not caring if she could hear him or not. The good thing was that even though she wasn’t conscious all her vitals were good which meant that her body hadn’t given up it was just her mind but all that anyone could do is speak to her and wait for her to wake on her own. Ellanna had received numerous visits from Annabelle and Zara along with Jason, Stephen and Alexander, Jason had taken it upon himself to collect Xavier’s school work so he didn’t miss out on it which Xavier was grateful for. There was a knock on the door and Xavier knew it would be Jason doing his daily visit and drop-off although on this visit he had a rather thick very dusty and very old looking book with him too, it was the first thing that Xavier noticed as he stood to greet Jason when he walked into Ellanna’s room. Xavier looked to Jason and said “Jace what have you got there? Is it something for history?” Jason looked at Xavier a little confused before realising that Xavier was talking about the ancient book he was asked to give to Xavier to read by Alpha Theodore “oh this? Alpha Theodore asked me to give you this to read. I’m not sure why though but he said it was important that you do. Oh and here’s your homework.” was Jason’s response as he handed everything to Xavier, he then said “has there been any change in her condition?” although Jason visited daily he still struggled to see Ellanna in her comatose state, and he never stayed for long. “no Jace there’s no change yet but my gut tells me she’ll wake up soon, I just wish she would hurry and wake. Rhys is getting very restless as he wants his mate, we can feel the bond getting stronger just by being here with her but we don’t know if she can feel it too.” Xavier said with a solemn tone, Jason could clearly see the sadness in Xavier’s expression he quickly replied “call me if there’s any change, I’ve gotta go but I’ll see you tomorrow” Xavier just nodded in response and sat back down in the chair that he had been given as Jason left the room. Xavier looked at the school work Jason had given him and realised that it was the normal easy stuff that would only take a few minutes to complete so he decided that it could wait and picked up the book wondering why he’d been given it in the first place. He blew some of the dust from the cover to see what the book was called but all it did was reveal the leather cover, it looked as though this had been someone’s diary and he wasn’t too sure he should invade their privacy by reading it as it might contain some dark and twisted secrets of the writer that could cause issues for his descendants and as he had no clue who they were because he wondered if they would take offence by his actions by reading it but then again he was a future Alpha so within reason he could do as he pleased. He carefully opened the cover of the book and started to read the first page to find that it was written by Ellanna’s ancestors and explained everything about the previous descendants of the Moon Goddess who had also been queens before although there hadn’t been one for a few hundred years so it was believed to be a myth of their existence.

 Xavier was intrigued with all the things he was learning by reading the ancient diary although there were some parts that were unreadable due to age, from what he was reading the diary had been updated my the mate of each descendent. He learnt that every five hundred years the Moon Goddess would bless the royal family with a daughter that would be a direct descendent of her herself. So far there it had been recorded that there had been seven queens with Goddess qualities, the first when she came of age manifested the power of telekinesis and after using her power for the first time she slipped into a coma where she had to practice using her power until she was able to control it mentally. When a new descendent would arrive she would manifest the power of the previous descendants too with each power manifesting gradually and in the order that the powers would appear so every single one of them when they came of age had the ability of telekinesis then slip into a coma and then anywhere between three to five months a new power would develop although each one only gained one more power than her predecessor and would be stronger with each power too. Xavier sat there shocked and deep in thought he was thinking to himself ‘I wonder if Ells is the descendent and if she is I wonder what powers she will have as the only one he could make out was telekinesis’. Xavier had been so distracted with his thoughts that he didn’t noticed that Ellanna had started to wake up from her sleep, she was trying to move her fingers and although she’d been willing her eyes to open for quite a few days but for some reason she couldn’t do it instead they just fluttered behind her eyelids making it look like she was dreaming. Ellanna was becoming frustrated with herself because she wasn’t able to anything she wants instead she just lay there hearing everything that was happening around her but not managing to give them a sign to reassure everyone that she was ok, Ellanna was exhausted even though she had only slightly moved one finger but she knew that soon if she keeps trying she would be awake.
