Broken mate

Chapter 5

Blakes POV

I'd just finished gabbing the bags from the truck and headed in side as soon as I started up the stairs I heard the most loud piercing scream fill the house. I knew instantly knew who's scream it was and shouted 'TAYLOR' as I dropped the bags and ran up the rest of the stairs toward my room, meeting Danny on the middle floor who was also running towards my room. He quickly said to me "I heard the scream what's happening". Still running up the stairs I said "I have no idea". We both finally reached my room barging straight through the door. I saw Taylor just standing there staring at something on the floor I followed her line of sight, seeing a dismembered head moving closer to her I realised I knew that face and it hit me it was her best friend Carter. I gently placed my and on her shoulder as I approached her hoping not to startle her "Taylor" I said as softly as I could she didn't respond instead she looked down at her blood stained hands and began wiping them on her leggings and then looked at me with pleading eyes and became hysterical screaming at me "get it off get it off me" she began rubbing her hands harder on her leggings. I quickly grabbed her hands before she could hurt herself and tugged her to the bathroom I quickly turned and started running the taps to the bath and ripped her clothes off. I then picked her up gently placing her in the tub I grabbed the lofa squirting body wash all over it. I carefully washed her whole body trying not to hurt her already healing wounds, I rinsed her body off with hot soapy water she was so still and silent I think she was in shock. I picked her up out the bath and sat her on the toilet dying her down. I had already linked Danny to fetch her clothes to the room and to sort out the mess in there so Taylor didn't have to see it again. I opened the bathroom door slightly so no one could see in and grabbed the bags Danny had placed outside. I took out what she needed and dressed her. I looked into her big bright purple eyes they looked so empty and broken I whispered softy to her "I will kill whoever did this to your friend. I promise I will make them pay for what they have done to him, to you". She looked up at me her eyes began tear up and said " i know who did it" the tears began to fall down her beautiful face and she continued "it was Calvin". she put her face into her hands and began to sob uncontrollably. I picked her up and carried her to the bed and placed us both on it keeping her wrapped in my arm's whilst she sobbed.

A couple of hours had passed when she finally sobbed herself to sleep. I stayed with her keeping wrapped in my arms, I didn't want to leave her alone not when she need me the most. I linked Danny "hey thanks man for clearing the bedroom up I don't think she could of handled seeing him like that again". He was always quick to reply back to me "no worries glad I could help in some way how is she doing". I looked down at Taylor her face still tear stained but she looked peacful whilst she was sleeping. I answered him honestly " I'm not sure she's sleeping at the moment, but I don't know how she going to get passed this, he was her best friend and protector in some ways." Taylor whimpered out in her sleep and I quickly shot back to Danny "have the best warriors ready by morning we are eliminating the crescent river pack those who choose to stand by their alpha will have the same fate as him those that stand against him let them go rouge." His response was "I will have them ready, if you want to stay with Taylor I got this, your father said that he will join us to take the pack down" I looked at Taylor, I shouldn't really leave her not when she needs me but I also wanted to be the one to take out Calvin for putting her through this pain " I'll stay with Taylor but bring Calivin back alive and put him in the dungeon. I want to see to him personally". I closed the link I trusted that Danny could handle it especially with my father there by his side. I stayed with Taylor wrapped in my arms eventually falling asleep.

Taylors POV

I woke with Blake wrapped around me like a blanket. I snuggled closer into him needing feel more of his embrace, like it was protecting me from everything that had been happening. I nestled my face into his strong chest. But even that didn't stop the sadness from creeping in causing more tears to fall, I felt Blake's hand stroking my hair "I got you babe". I was so thankful that he was here I let myself cry accepting his comforting embrace. We laid like that for a while until I stopped crying I don't think I had any more tears to shed just an emptiness that wasn't there before. Blake's dark eyes looked down at me taking me in, he kissed me on top of my head "can I get you something to eat and drink" I nodded and smiled up at him, he gave me one more tight squeeze before getting out of bed and leaving the room. I was missing his closeness already, I heard a knock at the door I forced myself off the bed I opened the door the same girl that had told me about the package passed me an envelope "this has just been delivered for you I looked at it and said "thank you" I closed the door as I went and sat back on the bed, I opened the envelope the writing was the same that came with the package I read the letter carefully

Taylor,

I hope you enjoyed your present, I certainly enjoyed making it for you. He should of learned to never to go against his future alpha always interrupting us and then telling your mate to take you away that was the last straw he had what was coming to him, now I'm coming for you my little freak.

My heart sank but I could feel the anger seeping through. Blake came back in the room he looked at me with concerned eyes he took the letter from my hand I saw rage flash over his face which only encouraged my anger to surface. I want him dead and I want him to suffer. I didn't even realise I was shouting it out loud suddenly I crumpled to the floor pain rattling through my whole body then I began hearing the snapping of my bones Blake stood there in shock "what's happening to me" I cried out.

Blakes POV

I couldn't believe what was happening as soon as heard Taylors bones begin to crack I knew she was going through her first shift. Carter mentioned that he had sensed something in Taylor. she was screaming out in pain the first shift is always the worst feeling every single bone break and move the feel of skin being stretched and torn I went to her side "your shifting into your wolf Taylor, I will help you through it. This is the hardest bit just try to breathe through the pain it will be over soon I promise". her eyes looked so full of fear I sent a quick link to my mother "Taylor's shifting I need you clear the house and open the doors downstairs I'm going to shift so I can stay close to her". She didn't reply so I knew she went to clear the house straight away and I focused my attention back on Taylor. She had almost finished shifting so I stood back to give her room wolfs are quite clumsy when they first shift. Taylor had finished shifting and I stood amazed looking at her wolf she was magnificent she was huge. I think her wolf was even bigger than mine, which is impossible I've never seen a wolf bigger than an alphas. her coat was pure white but had purply glowing aura around it I've have never seen anything like this before. she clumsily walked around the bedroom knocking everything over and began to freaking out knocking even more stuff over I tried calling her name but she wasn't responding. I called out to her using my alpha tone "Taylor". she stopped instantly I didn't want to use my alpha tone on her but it was the only way I could get through to her or she was going to hurt herself. I continued whilst she looked at me with those purple eyes "where going to go downstairs my mother has opened the doors okay" as soon as I opened the bedroom door and she ran straight out and straight down the two flights of stairs knocking everything over on the way down. She ran outside and ran straight for the woods. I quickly shifted into my wolf and went after her. I could hardly keep up with her. I lost sight of her a couple of times but I managed to sense her through the mate bond which had grown even stronger since she shifted. I can feel all her pain its heart breaking she's hurting so much. I'd lost sight of her again.

Taylors POV

I ran and ran this felt amazing it was like I was running from everything, everything that was hurting it felt good, I felt free. night had fallen and as I reached a small lake. I shifted back into my human form and looked over it the moon light rippling over the water it was magical. I heard a rustle in the trees and huge black wolf jumped out. I took a step back but I wasn't scared. I don't know how but I just knew it was Blake. All these emotions came rushing through me want, lust, love, need the need to have him now was overwhelming.

Blake changed back into his human form I looked at him he was handsome as hell. How could I have said let's take it slow he's MINE! I ran over to him wrapping my arms around his neck. I didn't care about our nakedness I needed him to know I wanted him, that I needed him. I leaned in to kiss him and he leaned into me to kiss me back. The kiss was becoming more hurried and greedy really fast. Blake was the first to break the kiss, "Taylor are you alright". I thought about it for a moment. I feel fine, like id ran all my feelings out. all I was feeling was my want for him "I feel good, in fact I've never felt this good before". he looked at me checking my expression to make sure I wasn't lying.

I looked into his dark eyes and I knew I was ready, ready to accept him as my mate " I want you to mark me". Blake looked down at me shocked "I thought you wanted to take things slow".

"I did but since I shifted I can feel the mate bond it's so strong I want you I knew even before the mate bond, I was falling for you". He still looked stunned "Taylor your still upset I can't mark you yet. I don't want you rushing into anything". I cut him off before he could say another word " I have been told what to do all my life and punished when I didn't follow other people's rules, I want this, this is my decision don't take that away from me, you will only be punishing us both". With that he grabbed me by the waist and I wrapped my legs around his hard naked body and he began kissing me leaning me against a nearby tree the roughness of the wood didn't bother me. I just wanted to feel more of him kissing him back. Blake broke the kiss again and began kissing my neck "are you sure" he said through panting breaths "yes" I almost screamed at him then Blake sunk his teeth into my neck it was painful at first but it was soon turning to pleasure I could feel our connection getting stronger I need to feel him now "I want you now!" I panted in his ear almost a whisper. He nodded " it will hurt at first if you want me to stop just say the words and I will" I nodded and he replied by kissing me passionately he lifted me up carrying me over to the lakes edge laying us both down on ground him still laid above me showering me with kisses making his was down my body he started kissing my thighs but before he went anything further he looked at me with asking eyes "you sure you want this". I was already panting wanting more of him "I'm sure, please Blake" and with that Blake's head disappeared between my thighs, the pleasure I felt was intense, I felt every flick of his tongue with the heat of his breath had my breathing erratic Blake then he slid his finger in me only adding more to the pleasure making scream out his name. My body began to tremble in pleasure as the orgasm shattered through my body. Blake lifted is head with a cheeky grin on his face "was that good for you". I nodded lazily my brain still not ready to function it was amazing, he chuckles at me "were not finished yet babe" he leaned over me and kissed me deeply "if you want me to stop at any time just tell me and I'll stop". I kissed him back "i want this Blake, I want you all of you" he position himself then slid himself into me slowly "are you ok" he asked. I began panting again "yes". I told him hurriedly he then slid the rest his length into me quickly. I felt a sharp stinging pain that made me scream out but not just in pain but also pleasure. He stilled for a moment letting my body adjust to him. Then he began to move slowly the stinging hurting less and less and just turning to pure pleasure his movement became more quicker "I don't think I'm going to last long babe you're so tight and perfect". I felt the same build as before and my body began to tremble again I screamed out his name then felt Blakes body tense as he grunted out my name in orgasm. He kissed me softly and breathlessly "are you alright" He asked. I grinned lazily at him my body and brain feeling like mush " that. was. amazing. I can't wait to do it again". We spent the whole night out there forgetting what had been happening around us and just enjoyed the moment, enjoying each other. Once back at the pack house our problems we're still waiting for us Blake's mother had left us some clothes at the edge of the woods. Blake told me to go get showered whilst he saw to some work in his office.

Blakes POV

On the way back to pack house Danny had finally linked me to meet in the office I didn't want Taylor to worry about anything so I told her to get showered. once in the office my father and Danny stood both looking serious " what's happened" worried that someone from pack was hurt or worse "the worriers are fine and we're fine but it didn't go as planned as we thought it would". I saw Danny exchange a worried look with my father "son we destroyed the pack but Calvin, his mother and Taylors father were nowhere to be seen. When we questioned the alpha he said as soon as Taylor left they all went rogue". s**t this isn't good at all " right we need more wolfs on the boarder and I want eyes on Taylor at all times she's not safe till there dead". my father and Danny were still giving each other looks like there was more to tell me " will one of you just spit it out what it is that's bothering you so much" my father stepped forward " the alpha spilled what he knew about Taylor. She's the direct descendant from the moon goddess. She was made to rule over all the wolves. They were hoping she would become Calvins mate so they could use her to their advantage that's why they kept her weak to stop her from overpowering them but when you came and found that she was your mate and brought her here, he said the Luna attacked him and left with Calvin and Taylors father no one has seen them since".
