I RAN MY WAY OUT of my room to the front as soon as I ended the call. I heard Olivia’s call for me but I only end up ignoring her as I make my way to the front door, afraid that I won’t get enough time to say goodbye. With a slight heavy breath, I opened the door to see the man waiting for me.
“Woah, tiger, calm down. Did you just run?” he says in between chuckles.
“I’m afraid that you will leave, Matt,” I said in between panting.
“You just dropped the call a few seconds ago. How could I possibly leave in just a short time?” he teases, shaking his head while laughing. “Besides, I won’t leave until I properly say my goodbye, you know?”
