The terms country club and barbeque rarely go together, and it can cause a mixed visual when you think about it too hard. Megan had been to one or two in the past and was aware of what to expect. The clothing would be dressy casual, the food would include barbecue, but so much more. The drinks would be cocktails not beer, and the desserts would be the finest of pastries not sheet cakes. While she and Aiden had been out the day before visiting the different shops, she had taken the time to purchase an outfit for the event, and Aiden had followed her lead.
